A.I. Monroe Auto SalesReviews
A.I. Monroe Auto Sales review
Ask for J. If you see a car they have and want it, go check out it out before you judge them based off of some bad reviews. Not sure if they are under new management or what. But looked at a car, and they provided great service. They were up front, honest, provided the car fax on spot, and also stated if we wanted to take the cars we were looking at to get inspected we could totally do that and even provided those shop names and the costs. We almost didn't go just because of the bad reviews but I wanted to give them a chance and see for myself.

Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake CityReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City review
Last week, I purchased a Mercedes-Benz EQB from Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City and had an exceptional experience, largely due to Dillon Jones, the representative who assisted me. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Dillon's professionalism and thorough knowledge of the EQB stood out. He took the time to understand my preferences, explained the features of the vehicle in great detail, and made the entire purchasing process seamless and enjoyable. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail ensured that I felt confident in my decision, without feeling pressured or rushed at any point. What impressed me most about Dillon was his dedication to providing excellent customer service. He went above and beyond by following up after the purchase to ensure I was fully satisfied with the vehicle and to address any questions I had about its operation. This level of care extended beyond the sale, reflecting his commitment to building long-term relationships with customers. Overall, my experience with Dillon and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City was fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and personalized car-buying experience.

Kentson Car CompanyReviews
Kentson Car Company review
We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Kentson Car Company and we will definitely be back again! The selection is great and the shopping process is amazing!! We worked with Mark both times and he is a pleasure to work with. There is absolutely no pressure, he's very informative and helpful, and you test drive without having a salesman breathing down your neck on the ride. There is definitely a completely different feel than shopping for and purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. Once we made our decision the paperwork took literally 15 minutes. They even arranged for us to get the front windows tinted promptly before heading home. EXCELLENT experience from start to finish!!!

Landon was great to work with, super quick to respond to my inquiry and thorough with as much info as he could get me so I didn’t waste time driving to the dealership before knowing if it was going to be a good fit. No surprises. They listened to what I wanted and made it a quick and easy process. Would absolutely go to him again. Thanks Landon!

Genesis of LindonReviews
Genesis of Lindon review
We had an excellent car buying experience! From the moment we walked in, the team especially Brandon, Chris, Connor, and Shae were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all our questions and never made us feel pressured. They worked hard to make sure we got a great deal on the car we wanted. We really appreciated their honesty and customer service—it made what can sometimes be a stressful process actually enjoyable. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers and makes car buying easy, we highly recommend Genesis of Lindon. We are extremely happy with our new car and the overall experience!

Mercedes-Benz of FarmingtonReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Farmington review
10/10 recommend!! Mark Raleigh and Tara Castillo were phenomenal in executing my out of state purchase. Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. They were zero pressure and followed up every step of the way. Tara was quick with documents and even resending a few updates. They offered their personal contacts for after hours if needed as well. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! The vehicle was in perfect condition, gas tank full and even gave us a load of snacks and water for the drive. Tara came out to introduce herself and made the final processing seamless. In under an hour we were in on the road with our new car! Mark followed up to ensure we made it back safely to Colorado, and that we had no issues along the way. Highly recommend for both in state and out of state purchases.

Southtowne Mitsubishi review
We had a great experience with Southtowne Mitsubishi. We purchased an electric car from them and had it shipped to our home in KCK. The team took their time, answered all our questions, and made sure everything worked perfectly for us. We really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Easy and efficient from the start. Making my appointment was quick and easy. I was able to get in quickly. The inspection process was efficient providing detail conditions on all areas of my truck allowing me to understand what work may be needed in the future. The work was done as requested and truck returned as clean as I had brought it in.

CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan) review
I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Thanks carmax.

CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan) review
The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

Very responsive to my inquiry on the used vehicle I purchased and setting up financing. Since I live far from the dealership I bought my Maserati sight unseen and now that the vehicle has been delivered Im very happy with its cosmetic and mechanical condition. With so many great reviews of this dealership I felt taking the leap of faith was low risk and am pleased with the outcome, including the price, no hidden fees.
