Just bought a used flawless low mileage (51K) Audi A6 4.2 from them. The crazy part is its 9 years old! What a rare find and at the right price, trust me I looked everywhere. TAB is a small fater son operation (Frank & Todd) with low overhead. You can tell they take pride in the cars they buy and are able to price them to sell by not have a fancy store and huge team of employees. Every car in their inventory was immaculate. I went for a test drive with Tom the only employee. He let me get on the interstate and open it up, after seeing it ran as good as it looked I was sold. Thanks Tom. Before TAB I looked at number of major car dealers and only found beat up cars that were overpriced. Not saying you can't find a diamond in the ruff, but its not worth wasting your time just go to TAB all they sell is diamonds. If they don't have what your looking for they will try finding it for you. Great experance I will be back when it's time for another.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. My sales person Anette was outstanding and extremely helpful in the entire process. Showed me the car fax prior to me even asking to see it. Also, wasn’t pushy at all as many car salesmen are. Would recommend them to other looking for a car.

I bought Honda Civic 2014. Many options for Japanese cars at reasonable price. They price to sell the cars instead of spending time in negotiations .please don’t go over the facility as we don’t need nice facility to get a good price on the car

I traveled from CT on 7/14 to view a BMW Z3M 2000 Auto Showcase picked me up and dropped me off at the airport.(thanks Miles)When I got to the showroom the cat was ready for the test drive.(lots of fun)There was no pressure to buy but I did. Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...

The dealership is very impressive - clean, well-lit and modern, with a fantastic refreshment area. Mark Malak was our sales rep and he was fantastic. Honest, fair and a genuine pleasure with whom to work - I will be recommending him to anybody who needs a Lexus in the Western suburbs. We closed our deal in less than an hour. Unfortunately, we must have arrived at the busiest time of the day because we had to wait over two hours to meet with the finance person. Joe Castillo was pleasant, but I was more than a little disappointed that he tried to tag me with an interest rate that was more than 1.5% over market - and was not even going to point it out before having me sign the final contract. When I threatened to walk out and obtain my own private financing, the rate magically dropped 1.4%. Joe did do a good job of explaining the other "finance" options - e.g., extended warranty, prepaid maintenance, gap insurance, etc. and was not overly pushy.
