I left a google review bc overall I've been pleased with your body shop and service department! Love the popcorn, cookies, and snacks. I felt very welcome, wonderful dealership. I've always been a Sewell customer bc of their customer service, but y'all exceeded my expectations and now I want to be a life long Ewing customer. We had a few communication issues between the body shop and service dept the other day, but other than that, very happy! Thank you so much, to Tag and Dan!

CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

We recently purchased a used vehicle and had an excellent experience. Quinten was incredibly knowledgeable, helped us explore several options, and quickly guided us to the right vehicle despite the huge inventory. We never felt pressured, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Ryan was also great to work with on the financing side. He was patient, transparent, and worked with us to find a solution that made sense. Overall, a fantastic buying experience. Thanks to Quinten and Ryan for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

When I saw Nicholas Hughes working with a lady on an RX 350h, I watched, listened, and I was impressed. He was respectful, courteous and kind. I talked to the lady when Nicholas walked outside to bring the car for a test drive. She said she loved him, he was great, etc, etc. When he came back in, I introduced myself and told him I would wait for him. It was worth the wait. He gave me a fair price on the car, got me more money on my trade-in, and the deal went smoothly. I would recommend Nicholas Hughes to everyone. If he is busy, WAIT. It will be worth the wait.

Just bought my new 2026 NX350h from Lexus and had an awesome experience with Nicholas Hughes. He made the whole process super chill and easy; really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car. No pressure, just solid advice and great customer service. I Definitely recommend Nick if you're thinking about getting a Lexus." Also, a special mention to Greg who helped my cousin and I with great advice on purchasing a car. I was very nervous before buying the car since I was purchasing it from another state. It was important for me to know that the car was in great condition because I was planning to drive it all the way to Los Angeles. Everything went flawlessly! Manager Gary Wiley Jr. did an outstanding job and handled everything perfectly. He provided all the necessary information and photos immediately upon request. All existing scratches and imperfections on the car were honestly shown to me right away with detailed pictures. He also picked me up from the airport and even stopped by Starbucks on the way, which I really appreciated. The entire transaction was completely transparent, which made the experience even better. It’s already been a month, and I’m truly enjoying every moment behind the wheel of my M5. Thank you to Siwell and especially to Gary Wiley Jr. for the excellent service.

Sewell Lexus of Dallas review
Dawn Betrus is such a great salesperson and a wonderful person to work with. She made my new Lexus purchase incredibly easy and stress-free. We were in and out of Sewell Lexus of Dallas in about an hour and half and completed the entire transaction smoothly. Dawn was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. She made sure everything was ready when I arrived and made the whole experience feel simple and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dawn Betrus to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus. If you want someone who truly takes care of her customers and makes the buying process easy, ask for Dawn. She is excellent! Thank you, Dawn, for such a great experience! That is a strong 5-star review without sounding exaggerated. And interestingly, your “in and out in about an hour” experience is consistent with an older customer review specifically praising Dawn for completing a Lexus purchase in less than an hour.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!
