McGrath Lexus ChicagoReviews
McGrath Lexus Chicago review
I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. I will be getting all of my services done at this location.

Rizza Cadillac Buick GMCReviews
Rizza Cadillac Buick GMC review
dealerships on how to treat customers!!!! This was the BEST dealership experience we've ever had in our lives!!! Chris Dargan was amazing!!! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and treated us with the utmost respect. Chris never tried to overcharge us. Bert Dutcher was awesome as well!! Bert was upfront about everything and never once did he try to convince us to use their financing. Bert was professional, kind, personal and patient. The only bad thing about Bert was that he wasn't a "Dallas Cowboys" fan!!!! When you're ready to purchase your vehicle and you want to be treated with dignity, come to Rizza!!!

2024 Lexus GX 550 review
It does go through fuel, in part because the engine performance is so strong and fun. I have the OT plus trim and really like it, the nori green color in person is fantastic. Don't notice the hood fluttering.. I wish the gas tank was bigger.

Thank You Chad Sigsworth for your help with the purchase of our used car! You made us feel like your own family, no pressure to make the purchase only the truth! We are very satisfied with our Escape!
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

Very quick, good communication . Honest. Feel like you can trust them to be fair. Happy with results. Will return for other needs if they arise in future.
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
I owned an Overtrail plus for 7 months and sold it. The car is beautiful on the outside but the inside could use some work especially at the mid 80k price point. Off-road capability was pretty good but no better than what Ive had in the past. The seats aren't very comfortable theres no way to sugar coat it. If you read forums a complaint is the mediocre massage which is a function of this trim level and that if you have the massage feature on it makes the heated aspect almost obsolete. The new GX sadly had the worst heated seats of any vehicle I have ever owned and you can read the many complaints across forums about this as well. Being 6’4” and an athlete my back tenses up driving for periods of time so at the least a good heated seat is needed. The interface to use certain functions also could be confusing for people who are tech savy. There are small nuances throughout the car and I dont think the hype was worth it. Would I suggest it for someone else, probably but it just wasnt the right car for me. Ohh some trim pieces melt in the sun as well which you can also google or look up in forums.

Guarantee motors is a amazing dealership Brion, my car salesman was totally amazing along with AJ the manager. The whole process was simple, and so fast and easy. I was in and out in a timely manner in addition to that I also was given a good offer for my trade. Which helped me to make the decision to purchase my 2019 Audi A8L which I totally love. In fact, I have a peace of mind because I was given the option to purchasing an extended warranty to cover any major repairs that can possibly occurred during ownership of my new vehicle purchase. In closing, I know for sure I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I will also send friends and family their way when it's time to purchase a new car or a first time buyer. Thanks. Again, guaranteed motors, Brion and AJ shout out to you guys. You guys are totally amazing you both rock keep up the nice work.
