We just moved to Theresa from Florida 3 weeks ago. We did not expect to purchase a 2nd vehicle so early in our move. Matt Spencer was amazing. They had literally just took a Rav 4 in as a trade. Although it was not checked or cleaned up yet we took it for a test drive. We instantly wanted the car. Matt new we couldn't afford high payments so he worked hard to get us where we needed to be. We hope it lasts another 100,00+ miles! We are so so so thankful to Kia Corporate for giving us a new engine because we don’t want any dangers (ex. Engine fire) while driving. (We traded in our very trusted, fuel efficient, Japanese Honda civic 2 years ago for this Kia through Hokie Honda that was bought out. We needed the 7 seats that an affordable SUV provided but not at the expensive price of driving a minivan) We also needed to retrieve a few personal items from our Kia & both the mechanic as well as Tony monitored. We appreciate the extra steps of security knowing that the key fob was not given to any random customer but to us specifically. Great customer service!!
