Lexus of North Miami review
When I saw Aiden, I made sure he had my number to call me when the car was ready. For some reason, a person called my wife and left a message. My wife does not come to Lexus on maintenance appointments. I am editing and waiting then my wife calls me to say the car is ready. I waited some extra 45 minutes when this was not necessary. My time is valuable and I left feeling frustrated and angry. Lexus North cannot afford pissing off a long term customer. Marv Hershenson.

Lexus of Palm Beach review
Our salesperson (Vedette Bernard) was genuinely concerned with helping us find the vehicle we wanted. We never felt pressured and our time was respected. Finance was a pleaser to work with too. I couldn’t believe how smooth and timely the entire process took.
