CarGet Motors review
I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Carget Motors purchasing my 2024 Mercedes-Benz E-Class. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely pressure-free. The inventory of luxury vehicles was impressive, but it was the exceptional level of customer service that truly set this dealership apart from any other car-buying experience I have had in the past. A special thank you goes out to Wali, who was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Wali was incredibly knowledgeable about the 2024 E-Class, patiently walking me through all of its advanced features, technology upgrades, and performance capabilities. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and made sure that every detail of the transaction was handled with the utmost care and transparency. I also want to highly commend Mehdi for his incredible assistance during the deal. Mehdi made the trade-in and financing process seamless and straightforward. I was thrilled to get a fantastic, highly competitive value for my trade-in vehicle, which made upgrading to the Mercedes-Benz feel like an even bigger win. Mehdi worked diligently to ensure I got the best possible terms, explaining everything clearly without any hidden surprises. Thanks to the stellar teamwork of Wali and Mehdi, I drove off the lot completely satisfied and thrilled with my new ride. Carget Motors has earned a lifelong customer, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a premium vehicle and a hassle-free buying process. If you visit, definitely ask for Wali and Mehdi—they will take amazing care of you!
2020 Lexus IS 300 review
I owned a Lexus ES350 and went to a Ford Explorer. After about six months I realized I was not happy in the Ford and wanted a Lexus again. The car is very comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have no issues in the fit in the drivers seat. I love the design of the interior. I do miss Apple Play, but it isn't a deal breaker. However, it is technology a Lexus should have. I like the wheel better than the pad for the tech system as I think it is easier to navigate. I love the get up and go I have from the engine. It is just enough to know you are stepping on the gas while not being too much. Overall I am very pleased with this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks good. You can tell you are in a luxury car versus something bathed in plastic. Lexus has a customer for life here.

CarGet Motors review
I drove all the way from Baltimore, MD, to visit Target Motors because they had the exact car I had been searching for online. When I arrived, I was incredibly disappointed to find out that the car had literally just been sold right in front of me. I thought the entire long trip was a waste of time and felt completely defeated seeing the vehicle go to someone else. However, the General Manager completely turned the situation around. Instead of just apologizing and letting me walk away, the GM stepped up to the plate and took immediate action to make things right. He listened closely to what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to ensure I didn't leave empty-handed. He ended up putting together a custom order that got me exactly what I wanted without stretching my wallet. The best part was that he respected my financial boundaries and kept everything strictly within the budget I had set. The level of care and dedication he showed to a out-of-town customer was truly unmatched. These guys are slammed busy for a reason, so I highly recommend making the trip out here or leaving a deposit ahead of time so you don't miss out. It is a 5-star experience all across the board, and I couldn't be happier with how they handled everything!
2017 Lexus IS 300 review
Bought this car used with 30,000 miles certified and have put another 30,000 miles on it. The car is a perfect blend of sportiness and comfort! The seats in this car are by far the most comfortable in the class. The only thing I do not like about the car is the placement of the cup holders in the front as there is nowhere for the passenger to rest their elbows and the small backseat. I saw many reviews that if you are tall this is not the car for you, as a 6'1 male I can still find a very comfortable seating position.

CarGet Motors review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my Lexus RC350 F Sport from Carget Motors! From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism was top-notch, and the entire inventory was incredibly well-maintained. Finding the exact spec I wanted was a breeze, and the car was presented in pristine condition. A huge shoutout to Marino, who went above and beyond to make this deal happen. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the RC350 and took the time to walk me through all of its features without making me feel rushed. His customer service was exceptional, making the entire buying process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. What really set this experience apart was how transparent Marino and the rest of the team were throughout the entire transaction. There were no hidden fees, no sudden surprises, and no typical dealership games. They laid out all the numbers clearly from the very beginning, which gave me complete peace of mind before signing anything. I couldn't be happier with my new ride and the outstanding service I received. If you're looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with a team you can actually trust, I highly recommend visiting Carget Motors and asking for Marino. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!
2019 Lexus IS 300 review
My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

Auto Deal Makers review
I had an excellent experience with Auto Deal Makers when purchasing my 2015 BMW! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and extremely helpful. Buying a used car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and trustworthy. They provided all the details about the vehicle, answered every question patiently, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. The BMW was in great condition, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the cars they sell. If you’re looking for honesty, great service, and a good deal—especially on premium vehicles—this is the place to go. I highly recommend Auto Deal Makers and will definitely return for future business. Thank you for the great experience and for getting me into a car I truly love!

2016 Lexus IS 300 review
Im a married guy with no kids. The car is unbelievably well, drives so smooth and fantastic in all seasons. DEFINITELY go for this instead of the German or American competitors. Unbelievably gorgeous exterior with great interior, however the german counterparts do have better interior. The engine sounds amazing and it is a Naturally Aspirated Engine. It does consume a ton of fuel, thats the negative I would add.

We had an excellent experience with Kevin and Pedro buying a very nice, very competitive priced and well maintained, Ford F-150. They got us a very low/fair good rate on credit, and they also were very friendly, professional, honest and quick with the process. There were no surprises or issues or switches. Very reputable and trustworthy dealership and I’m really glad I bought the truck! It’s running great

The customer service is excellent and the work was done efficiently and at a fair price. This is the cars third service, and, with low mileage all it needed was an oil change. They do not try to sell you anything extra.

Great small sports sedan, handling is great for a daily driver if you have high performance all season sports tires. Great for road trips, I'm young and single so it's great for someone like me or someone with a girlfriend/wife. May not be as practical for a family as the back seat is kind of small. Reliability has been great. This is a great buy if you want sporty handling, great design, value for money and reliability!

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is the first dealership I have been to that offers a life time warranty George was also very pleasant and personable. . It was over all a good experience

2017 model - Key fob doesn't work! No remote start. Other than that, I cannot possibly be more happy with my purchase. Found an absolute steal after 70 hours of searching. If you're used to anything before 2010, this will make you feel like you purchased a spaceship. Fast enough to make you happy (unless you're only used to 400+ hp cars), reliable, handsome.

Lease Return CenterReviews
Lease Return Center review
This weekend I visited the Lease Return Center to purchase a truck, and I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how busy the dealership was. Surprisingly, there were only two salespeople working at the time, and David was one of them. Even with that level of pressure, he remained calm, professional, and extremely attentive to every customer. What really stood out to me was how David handled the situation. Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Management should be proud to have someone like him representing their dealership. I will absolutely be recommending this location — and especially David — to friends and family. -Thanks David!

This a great entry-luxury vehicle! Even with the 2.0L turbocharged engine, it's fairly quick and gets up to higher speeds without a problem. It's very quiet and comfortable on just about any road. The interior fit/finish is impeccable, and the exterior styling is striking (especially in Eminent White Pearl). The AC is the coldest I've ever experienced in a car so far! The card is very stable at highway speeds and above. I've been averaging 33 MPG on the highway (driving back/forth from DC/Chesapeake weekly), and around 24 in the city. We shall see how she goes from this point forward! Definitely recommended!

2018 Lexus IS 300 review
Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently had the pleasure of working with Zarvo Motors for a custom vehicle purchase, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Finding the exact specifications for a vehicle can often be a stressful process, but this dealership made it completely seamless. Their professionalism, welcoming atmosphere, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident from the moment I first reached out. I traveled all the way from Baltimore, MD, and the trip was entirely worth it thanks to Jason, who handled my custom order on a Lexus GS. Jason listened attentively to exactly what I wanted and made sure every single detail and preference was accurately captured. His deep knowledge of the vehicle and the ordering process kept me informed and confident that my car was in the best possible hands. Throughout the waiting period, Jason provided exceptional long-distance communication and regular updates on the status of my build. He was always transparent, highly responsive, and readily available to answer any questions I had from afar. It was incredibly reassuring to work with an advisor who genuinely cared about delivering a perfect vehicle and ensuring a smooth transaction. When the Lexus GS finally arrived, it was absolutely flawless and exactly as I had envisioned. The handover process at Zarvo Motors was quick, efficient, and thoroughly enjoyable, making my trip back to Baltimore a memorable one. I cannot recommend Zarvo Motors and Jason highly enough to anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free car buying experience.
2016 Lexus IS 300 review
I love my Lexus IS300. The F-Sport model looks and drives fantastic. Unfortunately the fuel milage is rather poor averaging 23-24MPG highway and 19 city. I recently just experienced another common issues where the amplifier has stopped working. This causes no sound to come out of the speakers and is looking to be a very costly repair. I would buy another IS300 without a doubt.

Annapolis NissanReviews
Annapolis Nissan review
I was faced with an inconsistent heat problem in my Nissan Altima. I called Annapolis Nissan and spoke to Jennifer Kellermann in Customer Service. Jennifer really helped me from the beginning to the end in getting this heating issue fixed. She constantly kept me updated on the heat inspection process until the problem was resolved. Jennifer is polite and respectful, and this really means a lot when you are dealing with customers. Jennifer deserves an outstanding rating, and I recommend that she gets a top reward. Thank you, Jennifer, and I hope to see you next time when I'll need to get an oil change and tire rotation! Smile!!

A stylish support car with all the Lexus attributes of quality and comfort. Our fourth Lexus all different models. Controls are complicated and required a significant amount of reading. But once mastered your master of the road
