Ford of KendallReviews
Ford of Kendall review
Here's a polished, professional version of your review that keeps the warmth and honesty of what you wanted to say: I had an outstanding experience with Daniel M. From the moment I arrived, he was knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, caring, and genuinely helpful. I had a long-distance trip coming up, and it was my first time visiting this location for an oil change and a few other maintenance concerns. Daniel took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was ready for the road. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared. He didn't just focus on the service my car needed—he also gave me helpful advice about my new vehicle, showed me how to use the app so I could remotely start my car, and pointed out features and things to watch for that I never would have known on my own. He went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident and informed. Customer service like this is incredibly rare. Whether it's retail, the food industry, or any other customer-facing job, I honestly can't remember the last time someone provided this level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Daniel made me feel like more than just another customer. If he's not already in a leadership role, he absolutely deserves one. At the very least, he deserves recognition and a raise. Employees like Daniel are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others. Thank you, Daniel, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. You truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. We made it home from an our trip and our vehicle did amazing. Our family has been so happy Thank You again. And we will see you soon for more services. Nina

Potamkin Hyundai review
We recently bought a new Elantra 2016. The buying experience was really excellent. The sales representative, Liliana Serrano, was very helpful, professional, and made the whole transaction go smoothly and satisfactory. My wife and I will recommend relatives and friends to visit Potamkin Hyunday whenever they are looking planning to buy a car.

When I saw Aiden, I made sure he had my number to call me when the car was ready. For some reason, a person called my wife and left a message. My wife does not come to Lexus on maintenance appointments. I am editing and waiting then my wife calls me to say the car is ready. I waited some extra 45 minutes when this was not necessary. My time is valuable and I left feeling frustrated and angry. Lexus North cannot afford pissing off a long term customer. Marv Hershenson.

CarMax Miami (International Mall) review
Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

West Kendall Toyota review
The experience I had with West Kendall Toyota was absolutely amazing! From the time I walked in Saul was so helpful , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was allowed to take my time and decide on the automobile that I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured, nor did I have doubt about leaving without my desired automobile. Once I was transferred over to Gilbert the finance manager I felt even more at home. I could not have asked for a better experience from shopping to signing the papers. Thanks West Kendall!

Lexus of Palm BeachReviews
Lexus of Palm Beach review
I recently leased a 2026 ES 350h Premium+ from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I came in for a routine service appointment on my 2024 ES and was introduced to the new ES lineup. My VIP manager Darryl was straightforward and professional throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through the differences between my current car and the redesigned 2026 hybrid, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The negotiation was fair. We went back and forth a few times to get to a number that worked for both sides, and Darryl was willing to work with me rather than push a take-it-or-leave-it offer. This is my second Lexus from this dealership and the reason I keep coming back is the consistency. Good service department, transparent sales process, and a team that treats returning customers like they matter.

2021 Lexus NX 300 review
Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

I took my 2015 Equinox in for recall and wiper blade issues. While waiting I spoke with Jamie Ramos and test drove the 2027 Equinox and ending up purchasing the vehicle.
