CarMax Miami (International Mall)Reviews
CarMax Miami (International Mall) review
Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

When I saw Aiden, I made sure he had my number to call me when the car was ready. For some reason, a person called my wife and left a message. My wife does not come to Lexus on maintenance appointments. I am editing and waiting then my wife calls me to say the car is ready. I waited some extra 45 minutes when this was not necessary. My time is valuable and I left feeling frustrated and angry. Lexus North cannot afford pissing off a long term customer. Marv Hershenson.

I’ve been coming here since I purchase my car. Never had any issues. No problem nothing. Very great people. And one person that’s makes sure everything is done right with my vehicle. Thanks Lincoln . Will always service my car here.
2021 Lexus NX 300 review
Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

We were attended to by several friendly employees. Our experience was the best we have ever had. The vehicle we bought was super clean and we are loving it so far. My husband just took it to our mechanic to check the breaks. So far we are very happy with our purchase and the very attentive staff that tended to us! Again great place to buy a car!!!
