A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

Easy to make an appointment, friendly service writers who clearly let you know what needs to be done with fair pricing. Experienced mechanics who get it right the first time and return your vehicle in clean condition. I won't go anyplace else!

The professionalism and honesty of the people who work there are unparalleled!! The service technician Mark Mclaworan is honest and great at conveying what needs to be done to the car for service. The service he provides is exceptional

I love everything about this car. It handles great. The layout of the dash is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. The hatch back is great for golf clubs, hiking gear and biking gear. There is plenty of room for anything.

Went in for a check up on my car, the ADS lights went on. They did a total diagnostic on the vehicle and reset the system. BIG shoutout to Andy Pak and the mechanic Demetrio for always coming through. I love this place so much I bring in all my cars for service. Great customer service.

Interior, trim fit, in shop 3 times. (2) Wind noise ((1). Lexus did allegedly change manufacturing process on exterior doors panels 2020. Dealers, if you live in the lower southeastern geographical area Al, Fl, Ga. Dealers are sparse to basically non existent.

4th lexus 2bd hybrid. Reliable and stylish. Comfortable ride and plenty of room including back seat. Have this one for 7 years. Hybrid mileage average 24mpg. Would get another but I do not like the body style

Had a good experience dealing with Mike. I've had my gmc for 2 weeks now and so far so good! Shout out to the detailer too for having truck so clean! I will give an update review as well to give truck some break in time. For now I will highly recommend!

Smooth ride, incredible sound system. Comfortable seats with both heat and cooling. Will be great in summertime. The Enform system is cumbersome. The way around it is just using voice commands.

I've had my 2020 Lexus RX450h for a year and it is a pleasure to drive. It has all of the accoutrements I waited for since purchasing my 2013 RX350. It has a bird’s eye view of the area surrounding the car, a touch screen monitor and a touch pad, many safety features like blind spot monitoring, lane and parking assist. It has triple head beams with cornering lighting and automatic high beam control. I wish I had added the heads-up display option, but I do enjoy the hands-free-leg-kick to open the tailgate option. The heated/AC seat option is very nice when needed!

I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

I love the ability to customize the settings of my Lexus. The 450h is so quiet you can"t even tell it is running when it is in park and the miles per gallon is a great savings.

Clients matter - they know your name (no, it's not the Cheers bar) and value your business. Professional, reliable and they have gained my trust. Never put a penny into this vehicle. Just add gas and take care of the basic maintenance needs; tires, brakes, fluids. Don't like the new designs as much as the 2006-2009s. Center console and mouse controller is poorly designed. Lexus technologies are behind the times.

Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.

Very nice vehicle at a reasonable price. The dealership could improve their communication regarding shipping of the vehicle. However, the vehicle just two days after the deal was sealed from Chicago to my home in Michigan. Very nice delivery carrier.

Another well made Lexus that is very comfortable to drive and is very reliable to own. Other that routine service the car has not needed a thing.
