My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. I highly recommend this vehicle and i promise if any problems arise, i will come back on here and do an updated review. Happy holidays ....🎄

I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

We bought one 2023 model UX250h F sport, the F sport when you choose sport on the selector is like driving other car, the sound change and the suspension and steering too. We love the ultramagnetic Blue and pink interior. the infotainment is cool

If you’re in the market for a new Lincoln, your guy should be Michael Zeller at Sheehy Lincoln of Gaithersburg. I know what you’re probably thinking — that’s a long drive if you live in Southern Maryland — but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. From the moment my Lincoln was ordered, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. This vehicle outdistances any other luxury car I’ve driven, by virtually every measure. Moreover, its automotive integrity and reliability (which mean fewer repairs) are unsurpassed. Every time I read accounts of MBS550 owners crying over maintenance expenses, I have to chuckle. For a pure luxury blue blood, pay $30-50k less for an LS and enjoy the ride.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

Probably the best car we've owned in 60+years. The plug in hybrid model is perfect for our needs, getting 39 miles range on the electric mode fits our driving needs 80-90% of the time. When we do a highway trip, the hybrid mode kicks in and gets up. 45+mpg. All in a safe, reliable, somewhat luxurious ride. Biggest peeve is the xxxx electronics screen--- a thousand little options I'll Never use, but change the clock?! or get rid of that stupid "drive connect" app screen?? After a YEAR of trying to ignore it, still pops up as the default screen. Just want the map on as the default, and even though I think I have the green on toggle for automatic Daylight Savings clock, have one time on the map screen and one hour different on the central control panel screen, what gives?? Way too many jujube diddly squat choices for useless stuff. back to KISS a bit would be a plus.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

My '04 GX470 has only 148k on it, and i have no doubt it'll go at least another 200k. Its also "comforting" to know it'll blow the doors off the police ford explorers. With regard to fuel economy, i use a fuel tab supplement and consistantly get 19 to 20 around town and 23 on the highway at 70. I have gotten as high as 24.5 when using high grade fuels. If I had to replace it, the only vehicle I would consider would be a v8 Tundra

We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.

I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.
