You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

The excessive wind and road noise is a problem. I bought gasket material to help wind noise around the doors but the road noise is noticeably loud compared to my 2019 es350.

I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

The service representative was fantastic he made it very easy and efficient when getting an oil change and tire rotation. The wait time was a little bit I?ve been getting service at Cedar Park Nissan and it?s always been high quality service.

Purchase the car a month ago and already has 850miles. Car feel great in regard,power and maneuverability. Only one major this Miles/gallon. My longest trip was between San Diego and Phoenix and back. On the way there I got max 36.5 m/g. On the way back 35.00. I hardly made it to San Diego. Tank is only 12 gal. so 36/84 m/g ....not true not even 50 miles per gal. Dealer did not explain how to drive, what to do to get maximum miles per gallon. Will take another trip probably 800 miles back and forth, will let you know in my next review

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! My sales consultant, Tony Favors, was extremely helpful & showed me another used Toyota. Again, it didn't feel right. Instead of getting frustrated with me, he asked if he could make a suggestion, of which I was grateful. His recomendation led me to "the perfect car" for me...and it is NEW. Tony was attentive, intuitive, thoughtful, patient, thorough & a joy to visit with. His positive (genuinely caring personality) is a tremendous asset to the Covert Team! In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

The 2019 RX 350L used SUV I purchased at Lexus of Santa Fe is the most Technological and most options I have ever received in Vehicle ownership. This is my 5 th Lexus I have purchased and even though it is pre owned one ownership it is by far the best.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

I am a long-time LS owner, also have an ‘02 LS430. We bought this car L/Certified when it was 24 months old. Main things I like : Styling Exclusivity Interior Design Fit & Finish Comfort Performance We only have one dislike: runflat tires don’t give near the mileage as normal tires. That’s easy to fix, just switch to regular tires when the time comes. This is a gorgeous car and a pleasure to drive. It’s an incredible long distance cruiser. Our car has AWD, luxury interior upgrade w/ Mark Levinson sound system, optional wood and leather steering wheel, massaging driver’s seat, and 20” wheels. Some are critical of the touch pad controller, but we have no problem with it. Great car! The only thing I miss is wireless phone connection.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.
