I just wanted to take a few moments to share my experience buying a vehicle from Lending Group Auto for my son, who just turned 16. When shopping for a car, it's hard to find a good car at a reasonable price. It's even harder to find people that demonstrate integrity… after all it’s the car business. Today I hit the jack pot and couldn’t be happier. I found a GREAT car at a GREAT price! And Jesse and Halim were absolutely outstanding to work with. Their professionalism, honesty and dedication to customer service made this a 5-STAR experience for me. No games, no B.S, and the vehicle was beautiful. All of the cars on their lot looked very nice and well-kept. Their show room was immaculate. I have been car shopping for weeks and test drove many cars from other lots. I could not believe how some of these other cars looked. But not at Lending Group Auto. My car was in excellent condition. They have pride in their vehicles and care a lot about their reputation. They also know the market well and price their cars competitively. But it was the professionalism of Jesse and Halim that really stood out for me. They went above and beyond and I am very grateful for their help. I’ve only had the car for a few hours but I’m confident I purchased a great car at a great price. Very nice vehicle: leather seats, moon roof, fancy controls, sound system is great, quiet ride, hybrid so it gets 36 mpg, Toyota engineering and reliability. What's not to like?!

I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

Favorite car i have ever owned. Looking into purchasing the 2 door f*sport. Fast 6cyl and paddle shifters make it fun to drive as well.

I have always owned a Lexus. This RX-350 is an exceptional vehicle in all aspects except one. The GPS is not optimal. Everything else about the vehicle is great.

Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

This is my first small car in decades (having driven trucks and suv's the last 30 years. I wanted a commuter car for a long work commute, and this is perfect. The inside is not quite as nice as my previous Lexus models, but it is far nicer than a Toyota interior of the same time period. I love the looks of the hatchback and the fuel economy is solid. In sport mode its lively and fun to drive. A+

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I recently purchased a used Honda from University Honda and was impressed and relieved by how the sales staff and financiers conducted themselves. This was the most pleasant car purchase I've ever made. No sales pressure, no slimy tactics or tricks. Genuine smiles. I recommend. A++++
