Had a great experience getting a car through BMW. I had Douglas, who help me with pretty much the whole process. Has great customer service! He is the guy you want when it comes to picking out a car. Really knows his stuff!
2013 Lexus CT 200h review
Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

Aloha Auto Depot review
Bought my first vehicle here and was a great experience. I did not have any experience in buying a vehicle and the staff was very helpful and transparent in the whole process. With some research beforehand they really did price the cars very well compared to some other dealerships. Overall was met with aloha and have recommended/will continue to recommend to my friends.
2014 Lexus CT 200h review
I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.

All staff was attentive and kind, but this young man went beyond our expectations and helped us with the best financing possibilities. Thank you, Bence and keep up your style.

Great car except the dealership screwed up repairing the moonroof problem when I reported it to them a year before. A year later the moonroof started leaking at car wash and during severe storm. We have proof of TLC for our CT based on the record of Lexus. We spent a fortune maintaining this car since 2013. Our car have 98,458+ miles.

2011 Lexus CT 200h review
2011 model at 155k miles, still drives like new. Getting average 49 mpg during warm months and 47 mpg during cold months. Never had any electrical or mechanical issues. Everything is still OEM parts including both traction and 12V batteries. Front brake pads still have about 1/2 of the original thickness. Synthetic oil every 10k miles and just following the regular recommended maintenance items like engine air filter, brake fluid, spark plugs, engine coolant and converter coolant. Soon will get a new set of tires for the 3rd time.

Really had an A+ experience with this dealer. Preston in sales was excellent. Super nice young man and very professional.. Turns out we were his first sale and I thought he did an excellent job. Pedro (one of the managers there) was also excellent as was Matthew, in the finance dept. What impressed me most was that they weren?t pushy sales people just very easy to do business with.
2012 Lexus CT 200h review
Bought brand new in October, 2012 and have 110,500 miles on it. Other than tire rotations and oil and filter changes, practically a maintenance-free car. Only maintenance has been replacing the starter battery (less than $300) after nine years and I have replaced either the front or rear shocks, can’t remember which. Brakes have never been touched and are still 50% and 60% good. Yeah, I get the new car itch occasionally but I remind myself that I likely wouldn’t be as fortunate with the next vehicle. Since I purchased it, I have averaged 43.3 mpg. Phenomenal given that I live in Los Angeles. Since I retired five years ago, each July I drive from CA to MI, and have driven as many as 1,200 miles a day (17 1/2 hours in the road) and found the seats to be very comfortable.

2016 Lexus CT 200h review
This is my first small car in decades (having driven trucks and suv's the last 30 years. I wanted a commuter car for a long work commute, and this is perfect. The inside is not quite as nice as my previous Lexus models, but it is far nicer than a Toyota interior of the same time period. I love the looks of the hatchback and the fuel economy is solid. In sport mode its lively and fun to drive. A+

Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. He was also a very pleasant person that we got to know. He was focused and really cares about people. He's a very valuable employee and we are grateful that he took such good care of us!

2015 Lexus CT 200h review
I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

Lexus of Wichita review
Sheri Stafford was amazing to work with! She's very personable, and prompt at communication. Being out of state, she kept me updated on my vehicle while waiting for it to arrive at the dealership. Then once it arrived, she emailed me videos and purchase information so the buying process went smoothly. I flew to Wichita and drove my car back home. When at the dealership I noticed all the employees work so well together to create a great buying experience for their customers. Managers Scott and Erick were super helpful in completing the purchase from the finance side. Thank you!
2014 Lexus CT 200h review
This ct200h was a replacement vehicle for my wife?s 2008 VW beetle. She wanted a small car that I would also enjoy to drive. This car fits the bill. While this car is not particularly fast off the line it is fine once up to highway speed. The car hugs the road and the front seats are comfortable. The rear seats are good for children and smaller adults. We have been getting 50+ mpg in city driving and 45 in highway driving. Overall a good purchase so far.

2013 Lexus CT 200h review
I never thought i would own a hybrid. I have 6 other cars, most of which I dont put a lot of miles on. I put miles on the ct200 like crazy. It runs like a top and reliable as a light switch. It just turns on and runs. I get it serviced at Toyota (as its mechanicals are all Toyota) and it saves me from paying the premium service charges at Lexus. Highly recommend!!! Love this little car (and i truly get 43 MPG consistently)
