This was a good car-buying experience. The salesman was Richard Cortez and he was calm, practical, listened to what I said and didn’t try to override me. No one at this dealership wasted time, and although everyone wants to get the best deal possible, especially a car dealership, I never felt less than in control of the negotiation or pressured. I felt that Richard had his manager’s support throughout. Everyone was nice as well as low key, including the finance manager I dealt with. I like the CX5 I bought, but to put the cherry on top, the GM of the dealership, largest in the city, thanked me for my business. Kudos to North Park Mazda.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I happened to view the sight and seen 3 cars to my liking. I was called immediately. Danny K actually got the ball rolling and transferred the vehicle from A to B in less then a week. My husband and I were just going to see the car and fell in love. We drove her home that night. The process was extremely quick.
I was completely satisfied with working with Kirk Johnson in buying a 2019 Ford Fusion.. He was able to get the best deal on the trade in on my 2013 Fusion and the the most discounts on my new car.. Kurt was also very helpful in getting the leather interior that I wanted instead of the light putty interior that the car came with. As a first time buyer, I went to Ford with just the thought of looking around. But at the end of the day I left with a new vehicle for a great deal! I was very thankful for Justin who was very patient and answered all my questions about the vehicle agree was able to work with me on finding a truck I actually enjoy!
Only reason i am not giving 5s is because i had to return the following day because i wasn't getting enough for my trade. Although i did go upside down on my trade, Ancira did have the best pricing for my Atlas. The customer service was great and i was happy with my purchase.
Came here for a door handle replacement and was quoted 400 dollars at gunn nissan but came here and Dustin and the crew were able to do it for 150 dollars. The staff was friendly and prompt to get the issue resolved. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone having issues with there nissan. And look forward to doing business with them in the future
Sales representative (Heather Rosas) was very courteous and knowledgeable about the new vehicles. We will definitely come back to purchase our next vehicle. We are planning on having our new vehicle serviced by Ancira as well.
John, Rusel, and Joey were all so warm and welcoming in a genuine way. We didn't experience the typical impersonal business like we usually do when purchasing a vehicle. They were humble and friendly and made us feel like we've known them for a long time.
The price was well below book out and they gave us top dollar for our trade-in. All their vehicles on the lot are in pristine condition. This is definitely not your typical big city dealership! The lot is surrounded by large shade trees.
We will always come here first in our future vehicle purchases.
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
