Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North review
I would like to recommend Hendrick Lexus of Kansas City North for anyone seeking an exceptional, high-touch vehicle purchasing experience. In particular, I recommend working with Jeff Breaux. Jeff demonstrated a clear commitment to customer satisfaction and to making the overall experience both efficient and seamless. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to provide personalized assistance made a meaningful difference throughout the process. I encourage anyone considering a Lexus to speak with Jeff and take the opportunity to test-drive a vehicle. His extra effort and focus on service made our experience outstanding and established a strong foundation for future business with them.
2025 Lexus ES 350 review
Traded in 7 year old vehicle. Purposely held off evaluation for 3-4 weeks to get a "feel" for this new car. Some aggravating things. 1.) Doors either have to be locked via fob, or pushing a dimple on door handle...(My 7 year old truck...doors locked automatically on walking away). 2.) On setting seat position, & then turning engine on, one has to push button on door everytime. 3.) A/C...no switch to shut A/C compressor off..only fan...(so is A/C compressor running all the time??....if so- life span shortened...4.) On refill of fuel tank & rest of "trip" mileage, no indication of average miles per gallon

My advisor Micheal Taylor has always been courteous and very helpful. Michael always greets me with a smile and calls me by my name. Michael treats me as a very valuable customer, just like family. While my car is being serviced, Michael keeps me updated. When I call and leave a voicemail, Michael always returns my phone calls. Michael is the best!!

I love this car. Great gas mileage, especially with me driving to work in the City. Very professional looking and classy. Don't think I would go back to another gas vehicle. The wife loves it as well.

Kyle is a car guy. He knows his business. He's very personally involved in his work. I felt very at ease with him, and would have a beer with him if I saw him out somewhere. Nice guy. And he sold us a great car. My wife loves her new used Lincoln. Easy and hassle free.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North review
I worked with Dennis and his team for the purchase of my new car and the total experience was amazing. I inquired about the vehicle online and was contacted by a team member who was able to provide me with the information to help answer my questions, including the Carfax report. Dennis provided me more detailed videos of the vehicle that were not captured from the online photos which were a great help. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted at the front desk and every employee that walked by greeted me. Everyone was very personable. Dennis was able to answer all my questions as we inspected and test drove the vehicle. The trade-in and financing process was also seamless and smooth. The facility was also very nice and had a wonderful waiting area with drinks and snacks available. I would say the overall experience with purchasing the vehicle and Dennis's team was fantastic, smooth, seamless and no-pressure. I will be looking at Hendrick Lexus KC North for future vehicles.

The excessive wind and road noise is a problem. I bought gasket material to help wind noise around the doors but the road noise is noticeably loud compared to my 2019 es350.

Hendrick Lexus North is a great dealership with an outstanding service department. Colby always handles my service and does a super job. I would recommend them to everyone.
2021 Lexus ES 350 review
This car has 75,000 miles on it, and has NEVER had a single problem. The only times it was taken in to the dealer or to an auto shop were for routine maintence items and/or for normal periodic servicing (at 15K, 30k, 45k, and 60k miles). It is comfortable and well engineered. I have owned four Lexus cars, beginning with a 1993 SC300, which replaced my 1986 Mercedes 300E, which had a string of repair tickets almost as long as my arm.

The service was amazing ! Derique was also great help too! Thanks you for the help
2019 Lexus ES 350 review
I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

This dealership is the very best! I cannot explain how comfortable they all make you feel there. I even take my dog. My sales person has called me several times just to check to see if I have any questions about the car and help me with technical issues. He set my phone up with the Lexus app and helped me program the display on my car. He guided me through everything. David Mueller is my salesperson and he is the best! He goes the extra mile!
2020 Lexus ES 350 review
I researched the 2020 to 2022 Lexus ES 350 for almost a year specifically targeting a low mileage model or a lease return. I found the lease return and bought it from Lexus of Fort Myers. The car had both the exterior color and interior color I wanted. It is a luxury car with outstanding driving feel, more electronics that you could ever use and proven historic reliability.

Silver Eagle Auto Mall review
We answered a Craigslist ad. The price was so good we didn’t believe it was a real ad. We went to see the car, Charlie was our salesman. We weren’t sure so we left, no pressure. We took a second look, easily agreed on a deal and left a deposit. We came back to pick up the car and the price we agreed on was the final price! I expected documentation fees, all those fees most dealers try to add. We were finished in about 10 minutes, I expected an hour or more. So we started out happy and remain happy, love the car. There will be something with any used car but everything was clearly disclosed, no surprises. All of the staff were very friendly and Charlie was a great salesman. It was the best experience and we will be back, and tell our friends of course.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

HUGE selection of cars. They have a row of just luxury and sport cars. The prices may be a little bit on the upper end, but overall a great dealership.

I just asked a question about 1 particular car. The person who called was polite, not pushy, knew something about the car, and answered my question. All I needed.
2026 Lexus IS 350 review
I needed another car because my car was on the outs and I had been googling and reviewing cars for about 6 months and Lexus really caught my eye. The ratings and comparisons to like cars was what made my decision for me. I've had the car now for about 3 weeks and it is a joy to drive. There are some safety additions I have to get used to but overall, I'm pretty happy with this vehicle.

2015 Lexus ES 350 review
I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

I went down to victory to look for a new family car. Upon arrival I was met by this well groomed and well mannered gentleman. His name was Anthony Lozano. From there he really personalized my experience from asking about what car I wanted and what I needed it for/hobbies! The whole nine yards! He really helped refine my choices for a new vehicle. After a little wheeling and dealing. Anthony got me into my brand new Ram 1500! She is gorgeous and rumbles! Thank you so much Anthony you are an angel and a blessing in disguise! Thank you for the amazing talks along with the impeccable service! THE best salesman’s I’ve worked with in my 20+ years of car sales!

2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

The touch screen made this car perfect. The Infrared color looks much better in person. The naturally aspirated 3.5 is great and will outlast the turbos in the competition.

FLAWLESS EXPERIENCE! Tony Chananikorn was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a 2027 HR-V online with simplified pricing. There was already a $1,000 discount off the sticker price and I received an additional $500 off for being a veteran. The online financing application was easy and I saved a lot on my monthly payment with Honda leasing. They delivered the car to my house and the delivery checklist was impressive. I could not be happier with my purchase and the entire process!

I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.
