The post purchase service was excellent, my cars battery died probably left a light on when i got home from work and Will the service manager drove out to my house to help me. Excellent service
2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

Purchasing a car is always a tedious and nerve racking experience for me in the past so I was nervous coming in but they made the whole process a breeze.
2017 Lexus GS 350 review
I bought this 2017 GS 350 as my third GS I’ve owned. It is the best of the 3. I bought it new and had for 10 years. Still looks great and runs the same. I love driving it and will hate giving it up at some point as they no longer make them.

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Hetty Stoner service rep Camaru mechanic 5-stars all the way. Go Skins Go Commanders all the way. Rob "STEIN" Rothstein CIA Retired

Buying my car here was actually a really smooth experience. The team didn’t make things feel stressful or rushed. They worked with me, not against me, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I’m glad I chose this place and definitely a solid dealership.

Abdul, Dena, Erick, at AGI were the best ! I had been looking at new vehicles for weeks, and every other dealer experience was unpleasant. AGI really is a friendly, family style business who worked hard and helped me get into a vehicle I didn't think was attainable. Dena went to battle with the banks, to get me a payment which I could work with. Abdul and Eric were so friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I called. Would TOTALLY recommend this dealership, and their great team.

Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. The entire experience from start to finish was warm and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected.

Today I had my 2014 Lexus ES 350 Mark Jacobson package serviced for the 80,000 mile checkup. Today my mechanic Camaou surprised me with a video of the work he was performing on my car. What an astonishing idea and extra tool to take care of the customer. From Scott Crabtree, to Gary Whipkey General Manager of the complex, Dawn Gary's Assistant, Sierra receptionist, to the Service Manager Kyle Claudle I offer my sincerest thanks for your superb demonstration of excellence throughout your operation. As always I have unparalleled comfort, satisfaction and extreme joy dealing with my Service Rep Hetty Stoner. She is an extremely very proactive professional and thoroughly behind the customer. Kudos to Gary and Scott for your outstanding staff. Keep up the fabulous tradition. Robert "STEIN" Rothstein Retired CIA
2025 Lexus ES 350 review
Traded in 7 year old vehicle. Purposely held off evaluation for 3-4 weeks to get a "feel" for this new car. Some aggravating things. 1.) Doors either have to be locked via fob, or pushing a dimple on door handle...(My 7 year old truck...doors locked automatically on walking away). 2.) On setting seat position, & then turning engine on, one has to push button on door everytime. 3.) A/C...no switch to shut A/C compressor off..only fan...(so is A/C compressor running all the time??....if so- life span shortened...4.) On refill of fuel tank & rest of "trip" mileage, no indication of average miles per gallon

2018 Lexus IS 300 review
Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. The whole process went extremely well and Maren supplied us with all the assistance we needed to get the job done. We are very happy with our new Lexus GX 550 and the professional courtesy we were provided while completing the purchase.

This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

I live in Indiana and was searching for a Lexus LC500 on Cars.com. I couldn't believe I found the year, the color and the interior I wanted at Pohanka Lexus in Virginia. They responded the same day and after I called back, I was put in touch with Maren Reynolds. Maren is incredible! She's super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, listened to my concerns and kept in constant contact with calls, texts and videos. My car was delivered right to my house in perfect condition! I highly recommend Pohanka Lexus and Maren!

2020 Lexus LS 500 review
This car is amazing. Fully loaded. Comfortable ride.416 horse power twin turbos deliver plenty of power if needed. The only thing I would change is the Run Flat tires. The ride is just a little to hard with Run Flats. Everything else perfect. AWD is also a plus. My ES350 did not have it.

2019 Lexus LS 500 review
After spending considerable time behind the wheel of the 2025 Lexus LS 500 Luxury, I can confidently say this flagship sedan represents the pinnacle of what luxury motoring should be. In a world where German competitors often prioritize technology over refinement, the LS 500 strikes a perfect balance between cutting-edge innovation and timeless elegance. Power Meets Poise The twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine delivers 416 horsepower with the kind of effortless authority that makes highway merging feel like floating on air. Unlike the aggressive, almost harsh delivery of its German rivals, the LS 500’s power comes wrapped in silk. The 10-speed automatic transmission is so smooth you’ll forget it exists, seamlessly selecting gears with an intelligence that seems to read your mind. Interior Sanctuary Step inside, and you’re immediately enveloped in what can only be described as a mobile sanctuary. The hand-pleated leather seats cradle you with the precision of a master craftsman, while the available 28-way power adjustment ensures every driver finds their perfect position. The cabin’s attention to detail is extraordinary – from the perfectly weighted controls to the whisper-quiet operation of every switch and button. The Mark Levinson premium audio system transforms the cabin into a concert hall, delivering sound quality that rivals dedicated listening rooms. Whether you’re enjoying classical symphonies or contemporary music, every note arrives with crystalline clarity and depth that makes long drives a genuine pleasure. Technology That Enhances, Never Overwhelms While competitors burden drivers with overly complex infotainment systems, Lexus has created technology that feels intuitive and purposeful. The 12.3-inch multimedia display responds quickly and logically, while the available head-up display projects essential information exactly where you need it. The Safety System+ 2.5 works seamlessly in the background, providing confidence without intrusion. The Art of the Ride Where the LS 500 truly shines is in its ability to isolate occupants from the outside world while maintaining a connection to the road. The air suspension system glides over imperfections that would unsettle lesser vehicles, yet maintains enough feedback to remind you you’re piloting a performance-oriented luxury sedan. It’s a magic carpet that can still carve corners when called upon. Build Quality Beyond Reproach Every surface, every joint, every component speaks to Lexus’s obsession with perfection. Panel gaps are laser-precise, materials feel substantial and authentic, and the overall impression is one of a vehicle built to last decades, not just years. This is craftsmanship in an age of mass production. The Ownership Experience Perhaps most importantly, the LS 500 delivers peace of mind that German competitors simply cannot match. Lexus’s legendary reliability means fewer unexpected visits to the service department and lower long-term ownership costs. When service is needed, the white-glove treatment at Lexus dealerships makes even routine maintenance feel special. Final Thoughts The Lexus LS 500 Luxury isn’t just transportation – it’s a statement about valuing quality, refinement, and thoughtful engineering over flashy gadgetry and aggressive styling. In a segment obsessed with 0-60 times and technology features, the LS reminds us that luxury should first and foremost be about making every journey memorable for all the right reasons. For those seeking the ultimate expression of automotive luxury without the compromises that often come with European alternatives, the LS 500 Luxury stands alone. It’s not just one of the best luxury sedans you can buy – it’s a rolling testament to what happens when master craftsmen are given the time and resources to create something truly exceptional. Highly Recommended - A rare gem in today’s automotive landscape that rewards its select few owners with an unparalleled luxury experience.

Auto Deal Makers review
I had an excellent experience with Auto Deal Makers when purchasing my 2015 BMW! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and extremely helpful. Buying a used car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and trustworthy. They provided all the details about the vehicle, answered every question patiently, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. The BMW was in great condition, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the cars they sell. If you’re looking for honesty, great service, and a good deal—especially on premium vehicles—this is the place to go. I highly recommend Auto Deal Makers and will definitely return for future business. Thank you for the great experience and for getting me into a car I truly love!
2014 Lexus GS 350 review
I own a 2014 GS 350 rwd w/premium package & 18" rims. (meteor blue metallic) I give reliability 4 stars because you need to know what state the cars is in and when it needs service, unless you let Lexus handle all of it. I bought it in 2019 with 90k, the front struts were shot and it had clear coat issues. Some fool lowered it, I got 2" back with stock springs. Now that the suspension is fixed and I bought a buffer, the car is hot~. Jumps with a throaty noise and the brakes are always at the top of the pedal. The 18" wheels make the car serious with 235-45Rs, brakes and corners have glue. Its not a top-end sports car, but gives you a taste with the assisted suspension and sport mode's high rpms. It also does just fine on eco mode in traffic going easy on its primo gas. (If it acts doggy someone used regular or missed a tuneup: avoid) '14 Lexus GS 350 will handle any driving job with comfort and class. Lexus has a track(s) available. Its almost as good as the F-Sport, but more discreet.

Toyota of Woodbridge review
I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.
2024 Lexus ES 350 review
There is much to love about the 2024 Lexus ES350. I can’t think of another car that has given me more for my money. The drivetrain alone is enough to make this an easy choice: naturally aspirated V6 with over 300 horsepower paired with the traditional torque converter transmission. And it takes regular fuel. Sold. Bulletproof and buttery smooth. Although after nearly a year of ownership, a couple of personal annoyances were revealed that people may not know about. Cabin comfort is excellent, although in my base model, not the “library quiet” you may hear advertised. The lack of acoustic glass on side windows or the unfortunate Bridgestone OEM tires are weak links. The seats are supremely supportive and comfortable, which I discovered after a long highway journey. Soft touch surfaces, leather, and simple fit and finish elevate the ES. It just looks and feels nicer inside than most other cars. First time passengers are legitimately impressed. Sport mode makes this no slouch, either. Plenty of power and acceleration, surprisingly fast. The personal tiny annoyances? The wireless charging pad is useless. Too weak to meaningfully charge anything. No sunglasses holder!? A daily grumble for me. More significantly, however, is the remote start shutting off when you open the doors. No other car does this. And the fuel tank is unexpectedly small (15.9 gallons), meaning the fuel range isn’t what you might expect. The Mark Levinson sound system is industry leading; sadly, my base model doesn’t have it. If you’re a huge sound system person, the base system is a letdown. But there are lots of physical buttons and switches to compensate! I had to become a petty person to find flaws in this vehicle. For the money, in its class, it’s untouchable in my opinion. And every day that goes by, I love driving it even more.

They offer good Ford F150 4x4 trucks. They offer full details on features. Unfortunately they only offer high mileage vehicles. 124k to 200K (too high). I am only interested in a Ford F150 2002-2003 4x4 with mileage not to exceed 60-80k max. I am a ready buyer with cash. ----- Robert LeBlanc
2002 Lexus ES 300 review
Bought my 2002 Lexus ES300 from the original owner in April 2021 w 161k miles. They had it serviced at a local Lexus dealership in NJ from day one to 110k miles. They had the timing belt, water pump and valve cover gasket all done at 88k miles. All this info was taken from the lexus owners website using the VIN. A few months after i bought it, the rear struts starting leaking, i had all 4 replaced, also replaced the original Alternator and AC compressor (it started to squeal). This spring i had to change the original starter. All original parts lasted nearly 20 years ! which proves the durability of Lexus (Toyota) parts! Replacement parts except the struts were replaced with GENCO. T This car now has 172k miles and i change the synthetic oil myself every 5k miles. This will last me many years, i don't plan on selling it until the wheels fall off which is never!! It rides like new with new struts, everything still works. Quiet like an EV, super solid and tight. The engine and transmission are solid. At 3k miles after my oil change no oil is burnt off, still shows full on the dipstick. There is a 2002 ES300 on YouTube as of about 3 years ago with 596k miles (highway) w. original engine & tranny. Just a testiment to the build quality

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I drove five hours to purchase a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and the outstanding service I received made every single mile worth it. Traveling a long distance for a car can feel like a gamble, but this team proved from the very beginning that they are entirely trustworthy and professional. From my initial inquiry to the final handshake, Zee and Jason provided a level of service that went above and beyond. They understood the logistics of my five-hour trip and took complete ownership of the process to ensure everything would run smoothly.Their communication and attention to detail regarding the vehicle's condition were flawless. The accuracy of their description was spot-on, and the car was in the exact condition they promised over the phone, with absolutely no surprises or hidden issues. Before I even hit the road, Zee and Jason worked behind the scenes to streamline the paperwork and logistics. They took care of every pre-arrival detail so that I wouldn't have to spend my day waiting around a dealership lobby after a long drive. When I finally arrived, I was incredibly impressed to find that they had made sure everything was completely ready for me. The vehicle was perfectly prepped, fully detailed, and parked out front, while the final documents were neatly organized and waiting for my signature. The entire signing process was incredibly fast, transparent, and hassle-free, allowing me to get back on the road in record time. Their immense respect for my time turned what could have been a exhausting long-distance errand into a celebratory and exciting purchase.I cannot recommend Zarvo Motors, Zee, and Jason highly enough for their integrity, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. If you are considering buying a car from them—even if you have to travel hours to get there—you can do so with absolute peace of mind.

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently purchased a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Buying a car can often feel overwhelming, but the team here has managed to strip away the typical stress associated with dealership visits, replacing it with a customer-first approach that is hard to find these days.I had the absolute pleasure of working directly with Zee Ali, who guided me through the vehicle selection process. Zee was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured to make a hasty decision, ensuring I found the perfect match for my needs.Once the right vehicle was selected, Jason handled the financing and paperwork side of the transaction. Jason made what is usually the most tedious part of buying a car remarkably smooth and straightforward. He explained every document clearly, broke down the financing options in simple terms, and worked efficiently to get me through the process and on the road in no time. What stood out most about both Zee and Jason was their commitment to complete transparency. There were no hidden fees, unexpected charges, or sudden shifts in the deal. Every detail discussed from the beginning remained consistent through to the final paperwork, which gave me immense peace of mind and built a high level of trust. In addition to the stellar customer service, Zarvo Motors offered a good price that was incredibly competitive. I had done my research beforehand, and their upfront pricing beat out many other options in the market without the need for stressful back-and-forth negotiating. Getting a great deal alongside premium service made the purchase feel like a true win.Overall, my time at Zarvo Motors was outstanding thanks to the exceptional teamwork of Zee Ali and Jason. Their blend of fair pricing, absolute honesty, and professional care has earned them a lifelong customer. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle stop by Zarvo Motors for a seamless and refreshing car-buying journey.

Met my needs. First reliable. Second nimble and fun to drive. Third, comfortable highway cruiser. I have had Lexus, Honda and Toyotas for years due to their reliabiltiy. Plus I have a mechanic well versed in those vehicles. Wanted a luxury car that met the criteria above. This one did it.

Toy BarnReviews
Toy Barn review
I was shopping for a very specific new car - Dodge Charger Hellcat for several weeks - and since this model was no longer being produced by Dodge, I found myself searching the internet at dealerships all over the U.S. I had never purchased a car in this manner - I have always purchased new cars directly from the dealership - so, needless to say, I was apprehensive. Buying a car several hundred or a thousand miles away is not something I took lightly. I happened upon several vehicles that were promising from dealerships in Washington State, Texas and Ohio. After dealing with salespersons at each of these locations, I felt most comfortable with the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH. I ended up buying my new car from Toy Barn predominantly because of the no pressure approach I got from Pavel, a sales manager. He did an excellent job for me. He responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. He made videos for me to more closely see the car and he was willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I had the car priced comfortably for me before I came out to see it. I flew out with my own personal mechanic, we viewed the car, drove the car and the shop manager Kyle (another friendly and accommodating Toy Barn employee) put the car up on a lift for us to give it a thorough look-over. The dealership General Manager Chris was super friendly and accommodating on the day we went to see the car and we even met, and very much liked the dealership owner, Shawn - easy going and very personable. The finishing touches were made by the finance manager, Zach - who made the last, super impression for me. The Toy Barn has high standards as anyone can see - the specialized inventory of high-quality vehicles they sell along with the excellent sales and management team proved to me that you can buy a car by shopping online without fear. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury specialized used vehicle to consider the Toy Barn for a beautiful inventory of sharp autos, and a great sales and service team. Definitely a sharp 5-star dealership.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Rogue on 10-11-12. It was an easy, actually fun experience. The sales man was not pushy, it was an easy process and everyone was very helpful. I love my new car. I would recomend carmax to anyone who wants a stress free car buying experience.
