2022 Lexus RX 350 review
Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

2020 Lexus RX 350 review
The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. With my highest recommendation I say YES I give Don Wood CDJR my gratitude and thanks. I am huge fan of their product. IMO their product isn't the cars and trucks they represent/sell, it is the humanity with which they do business and the genuine person to person interaction. It is meaningful. My wife and I went in to just look at new Subaru's with no intention on actually buying one at that time. As we were browsing the lot, we were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Renae Marcum. After a conversation with her, we looked around at various new (and a few used) models of Outback. She put no pressure on us at all to purchase anything, and even stayed with us answering our numerous questions, even after telling her we had no plans to buy right now. We knew at some point we wanted to upgrade our car to something larger for camping and cross-country travels. After taking home a brochure and researching the Subaru web site a bit, we decided that we did want to buy a car now. We had decided on the Outback Wilderness in Geyser blue. We contacted Renae with our decision to order a new vehicle with our desired options. Lucky for us they already had a Geyser blue ordered from Subaru that had not made it to the assembly line yet. They were able to put in a change order to get the exact options we wanted on the vehicle. A few weeks later, it showed up just a week before a scheduled 3,500 mile trip to 5 National parks. The car was delivered with a very thorough walk through of all the features and how to use them. This made our trip 1000 times better then expected. We love the car and have had no issues with it at all. Renae and Byers Subaru were extremely friendly, helpful, no pressure, and had great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy from them again, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
2024 Lexus NX 350 review
Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy this or "that" car which was above my spending comfort zone. I walked away with my used low milage Honda Civic a very happy person. Interior, trim fit, in shop 3 times. (2) Wind noise ((1). Lexus did allegedly change manufacturing process on exterior doors panels 2020. Dealers, if you live in the lower southeastern geographical area Al, Fl, Ga. Dealers are sparse to basically non existent.

2015 Lexus RC 350 review
Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

When I initially pulled up at the dealership, they had so many options to choose from. Walking into the front door you were greeted by the receptionist right away, who took down my information and got me over to a sales person immediately Kayla was so helpful. she immediately pulled up the vehicle that I was interested in got pulled up for me to do a test drive after the test drive we kind of went in a different direction for more space with a vehicle she was able to pull up the equinox that they had on the lot. Immediately went through the ones that they had kind of gave her information about how much we were trying to put down and what we wanted the monthly payments to be and we went ahead with the 2022Chevy Equinox. She immediately pulled the car up for us to do a test drive when we got back from the test drive. We did let her know that it was the vehicle that might fit our family. She immediately went over the Carfax report with us and was so helpful with getting things to the finance department and getting us approved for the vehicle. Kayla’s customer service. I will give her a 10 out of 10 it was the best experience with searching for a new vehicle that I’ve had in a long time.

2024 Lexus UX 250h review
I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

2018 Lexus ES 350 review
I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.
