2024 Lexus UX 250h review
I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)

2022 Lexus NX 350 review
August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!

The other reviews here are penny ante, very minor stuff. I asked Lisandro for an out the door price and I got it fast, with options to help me with financing and shipping. Most other dealers are very slow and never give that price. Performance Mitsubishi's price was $12000 more than advertised. Give both a chance and you will do business with Lisandro. Spend a couple minutes and see. Besides being GREAT to deal with, test drive the Outlander. It drives better than the Rogue and is crazy cheaper than Toyota. It is nicer inside too. Don't buy a turbo gas car. They don't last as long. Buy an Outlander from Lisandro and you will get the deal and be happy with your car.
2024 Lexus NX 250 review
This car is my third Lexus NX, so it's obvious I love the NX's. This car shifts easily, highway noise is minimal depending on the road surfacing, workmanship is perfect and the salesman was super in finding the right car for me with the options I wanted. Lexus cars and dealerships are the best; p.s. my husband has an RX.

I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. 2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

I am happy recommending others see him and not feel like their being taken advantage of.
2023 Lexus RX 350h review
It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

This is probably going to be the best car I ever own! Highly reliable, easy to drive and fun to go off roading in. This is the Lexus version of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and that should be enough information right there. If you get one of these beast, hold on to it!

2025 Lexus NX 350h review
All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. 2023 Lexus LX 600 review
The V6 is more powerful vs the V8 in the LX 570, the apple car play eliminates the pour controls for stereo, and the new interior is excellent. Overall very happy with the new model, and love the appearance package, with black wheels. Combined with Lexus dealer service great product and service!

My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

2014 Lexus RX 450h review
First time I have owned a Lexus and a Hybrid to boot. I have had the car for 4 weeks now and love all it has to offer. Reasonably quiet on the road. Very economical. Maps voice is pleasant and is not annoying like external GPS navigation can be with re-routing.
