We purchased a used car sight unseen from the internet. Chris gave us pictures of the minor cosmetic scratches prior to us committing to buy and confirmed vehicle was certified and in excellent condition otherwise. We flew in from out of town and were provided an Uber ride from the airport to the dealership. Service once there was 5 star. Very professional and personable staff. Only reason facilities got a 4 is because they were under construction... but temporary trailers and restrooms were well kept. Overall great experience!

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2022 Lexus RX 350 review
Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

2024 Lexus NX 350h review
I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

2023 Lexus RX 350 review
I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

2024 Lexus NX 250 review
There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

2013 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I had a wonderful experience at Lexus Carlsbad. We drove 50 minutes to get a car at this particular dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to know they have decent inventory. Even though the car I wanted wasn't there that day, Dino was able to make a deal and order it for me. He was so kind and a great listener. He knew how much it meant to me to purchase this car. It was not just another sale to him but genuinely wanted to make this happen. I felt comfortable from the start and good about actually buying my Lexus here. The managers and finance managers were also on the same page and came up to greet us before we made any deals. I did not feel pressured, but rather open to helping me. Dino is amazing and I would definately recommend to anyone considering purchasing a Lexus to come check out this dealer and ask for Dino! He is a great family man from what I saw and very considerate. I could tell they are all helpful no matter what is going on. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was trying to figure out the trunk opening and another sales person came over to assist me too! 2020 Lexus RX 450h review
We have owned this car for about 14 months and it’s the best car we’ve ever owned. It is so quiet on the road. Lots of power too. So far it’s been reliable. Absolutely zero problems with it. Mileage is probably 26-30 mpg. I would definitely buy it again

Presented a very fair offer much higher than Carmax and Carvana for the same vehicle. It was a SL 500 Mercedes with 65,000 miles on it. I?m totally impressed with the company as well as the people that work for AutoNation here in Carlsbad. Ray 92009.
2020 Lexus RX 350 review
The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

2020 Lexus UX 250h review
I've had mine for 2 years now. Bought it new at Lexus of Louisville. The service there is excellent. I have the sport model and I couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is smooth. The gas mileage is great. The small size is all I need. The back seats lay down if I need extra room. It has good power for me and I would buy it again.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Purchased 2025 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus. Amazing feeling when you drive it, and looks vey cool inside and out. I drive it every day to work, weekends in town and for longer trips like family road trips including mountains and rural areas. I wish the gas tank was bigger, I think it’s is few gallons smaller than in our 2020 Lexus GX 460. We didn’t trade 2020 Lexus GX 460 to get 2025 Lexus GX 550. Will keep both for many years to come. Great job Lexus!
