I went to this dealership via a recommendation, they will not disappoint. Friendly and very accommodating, needed my truck checked out. I had a problem with a battery that triple A installed, I asked they send a triple A person to this garage while I was there. Triple A guy was rude and irritated that he had to come, did not have a replacement battery anyway. Omar patiently put up with this obnoxious triple A guy and was more than helpful on more than one visit. Service is everything no matter how big or small the job, these guys are five stars plus. There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

We sat down at a few dealerships to talk numbers, and we expected to hear that on top of the advertised price of the car there would be taxes, title/tags/registration, and a docs fee. However, at these other dealerships they added many EXTRA “fees” such as “protection package”, “reconditioning””dealer prep” etc. which bumped up the cost of the car by several thousand dollars! We walked away from these places and called AutoLenders Palm Harbor and spoke to John Dibona who told us AutoLenders fees would be ONLY the 3 legitimate ones we would expect- tax, title/reg./tags, and docs. We made an appointment with John and after driving the car we sat down to talk numbers and just as he promised, there were only the 3 legitimate fees- NO ADDED EXTRAS! Needless to say, our experience with John Dibona and AutoLenders was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have had! If you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, you won’t do better than AutoLenders Palm Harbor. Ask for John Dibona and you’ll be working with a very easygoing and efficient salesperson!

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

I have always owned a Lexus. This RX-350 is an exceptional vehicle in all aspects except one. The GPS is not optimal. Everything else about the vehicle is great.
