2025 Lexus NX 350h review
All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. It is literally perfect in every way. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. I am genuinely so impressed with this car, and I can confidently say that it has my full recommendation for anyone looking for a gas-powered mid-size SUV with excellent fuel efficiency.

2024 Lexus NX 350h review
Driving sedans all my life and changing to an SUV was a big move. This was also my first hybrid. Since I was extremely happy with my 2019 Genesis G70, my first choice was a new GV70. It test drove very nice, but the NX was more nimble and far more technologically advanced, that goes for the Volvo XC60 I was considering as well. I rely heavily on consumer reviews and the Lexus NV350h was a real mixed bag of people really liking or not liking it. I am convinced that all the bad reviews were either heavily biased or the people just didn’t know how to operate the car! The technology on this car is amazing and can be intimidating! Fortunately, in the 5 months I was waiting for the car, I downloaded the Owner’s Manual and MultiMedia Guide. Reading these really prepared me for the arrival of my NX. The Tutorial Part 1 and Part 2 on YouTube by Melissa O’Connell is a must for going over the many features of the car inside and out! The customization on the NX is incredible, but you have to be familiar with how navigate the various menus and it takes a while to digest each option. The amount of room in the NX should not be a surprise, I looked at the specifications for cargo volume and I saw for myself how much room there is before I purchased the car, for a compact SUV, there is plenty of space. My wife and I have a lot of gear we pack for trips and have no trouble finding room. I have had occasional connectivity issues, but I think a lot of that has to do with your cell service. Other cars I have owned have had the same issue. This car is everything I expected and more! After driving it for 5000 miles so far, I still get a charge out of starting the ignition and not hearing a sound and starting my drive on all electric. The transition to the gasoline engine is seamless. The fuel economy, low 40’s city, mid 30’s highway, unreal! The NX drives extremely smooth and is as quiet as any sedan I have had. The engine does not have the power as my other sedans, but that is an easy tradeoff for great fuel economy. It certainly has adequate power and quickness, the engine just makes a little more noise when passing. The instrument panel, the MultiMedia screen are all very easy to use. I have the 14” screen which really makes viewing easy. I do like the heads-up display, but don’t really use the digital mirror much, it is harder on the eyes and not as clear. If the cargo area is full of gear, the digital mirror would come in handy for better visibility. Lexus clearly goes out of its way to make this a very safe vehicle with a plethora of features. The seating is very comfortable for long trips, no fatigue or discomfort. The climate control system adds to that comfort. The run flat tires are much quieter than I thought they would be. For being a compact SUV, the standard 18” wheels look great, would not want any bigger. The compartment under the cargo mat really comes in handy for those odds and ends you don’t want to clutter the cabin with. Every feature in this car is very well thought out. About the only negative thing I can say about the NX is sunglass compartment, if the lens has any curvature to them, they will not fit, my Oakley’s and Ray Ban’s will have to find another place. With one click of the icon, I can easily get to Android Auto, but to get back to Lexus Connect, I have to do 3 clicks. Other than that, the NX 350h is without a doubt the finest automobile I have ever owned. Considering I have driven my Volvo’s, Toyota’s, Acura’s and the Genesis 40,000+ miles a year for the last 35 years, that is saying a lot!

2021 Lexus RX 350 review
This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

2014 Lexus RX 350 review
I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

2013 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

2019 Lexus ES 350 review
I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Lexus has really nailed the balance between performance and luxury with this model. Every feature feels well thought out, making drives enjoyable and hassle-free. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
2020 Lexus RX 350 review
The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

2024 Lexus NX 450h+ review
Purchase the car a month ago and already has 850miles. Car feel great in regard,power and maneuverability. Only one major this Miles/gallon. My longest trip was between San Diego and Phoenix and back. On the way there I got max 36.5 m/g. On the way back 35.00. I hardly made it to San Diego. Tank is only 12 gal. so 36/84 m/g ....not true not even 50 miles per gal. Dealer did not explain how to drive, what to do to get maximum miles per gallon. Will take another trip probably 800 miles back and forth, will let you know in my next review

2024 Lexus NX 350h review
I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
2022 Lexus ES 350 review
The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

2007 Lexus SC 430 review
Comfort, reliability, ageless. Just like a vintage bottle of wine. A keeper as long as you give a little TLC occasionally. This is the most underrated vehicle and well kept secret by a few proud owners. Every used SC430 on the currently on the road looks fantastic. I was surprised how good it was on gas, I have been averaging 23 MPG in a very comfortable ride. Keeping mine original and mint condition.

2023 Lexus RZ 450e review
Absolutely love this car! Smooth, quite and just the right size. Beautiful interior and exterior. Some people complain about range but for me this works great. I'm getting between 3.7 and 3.9 kwh and a range of 255. It's a 2023 RZ450e AWD premium with 18 inch wheels. Not the longest range and not the fastest but true quality.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.
