2021 Lincoln Navigator review
Being a grandmother, I want to be able to transport grandchildren with plenty of room and comfort for car seats. Style and comfort for me is priority. She turns on a dime and feels safe and sound. I can visit the mountains in the snow in four wheel drive with ease. Just love my new baby!

This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

I wanna start off by saying my last Experience approaching a vehicle from Sun Toyota In Holiday Florida was a complete nightmare. That was two years ago. I went in yesterday to have a couple of things taken care of. The gentlemen by the name of Michael Shumaker Was the first person that I spoke to when I pulled into the bay. I explain issues I had said while you’re waiting can I show you a car that I think would be happier with. From the very beginning, I told him The issues that I had with my prior purchase. He was so patient and still took the time to go over her numbers to see if he could match my payment. I received the inspection of my vehicle at 8:34 AM. At 11:17 AM the advisor called me and asked me what they wanted to do about Top mounted brake light. At that point, I put my phone on mute with the advisor and told Michael that I needed to walk out of the store because I was furious. He followed me out to talk to me. I told him that thanks to the advisor that he just lost a sale. When I went back inside, he sat down with me the waiting section and we talk some more. Let’s just say he not only came up with the best offer, he got me a better deal on it the vehicle that is completely loaded and is in perfect condition and I looked at him and I said you’ve got a deal and shook my hand. Michael Shumaker Was extremely patient with me. He went to the mat for me and got me a payment that was no more than seven dollars more than my original payment. Not only that but I do not have to make a payment for 45 days as well as I’m getting over a $500 refund check from something that they had put on my old car loan two years ago. This guy is the guy you want to go and ask for when you go there. He was with me for over three hours because I couldn’t decide what to do in the entire time we were together he looked at me directly in the eyes as While speaking and had feedback for all my concerns and questions. This gentleman truly went way above and beyond. He deserves more than a 5 Star rating. In my review, I’m going to give him 10 stars. He told me what I need to go back For any type of service to contact him first. This gentleman even followed up with me in the evening to see how I was enjoying my new purchase. Sun Toyota Extremely lucky lucky to have Michael Shumaker On their team. I hope they do whatever they can to keep him there. Should he go elsewhere I will follow him wherever he goes. I hope that people read the reviews for Sun Toyota In. See this. You will not regret going there and asking for this gentleman.
2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

Dealer will honor their 5 day 250 mile policy on returns\refunds and or any issues that might have been overseen to be fixed at no charge. Currently have an issue, but dealer took truck back no questions and is getting the problem fixed. Same dealer at different location offered $1000 more for my trade and this location less which was not fair but the truck was exactly what I was looking for.

I had an outstanding service experience at CDJR of Tampa Bay on July 16, 2026, and I wanted to recognize the entire team for their professionalism and exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely courteous. My service advisor, Michael Martinez (I hope I have his name correct), set the tone for an exceptional visit. He greeted me warmly, clearly explained my service options, and even spotted a nail in one of my tires that I hadn't noticed. Since I'm currently on a road trip from Maryland and will be driving all the way back home, that simple observation likely saved me from a major inconvenience, or worse, during my return trip. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to my safety. I was also impressed by the dealership itself. The facility was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The waiting area was inviting, and the complimentary refreshments were plentiful and thoughtfully stocked. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the digital vehicle inspection video. Being able to actually see my vehicle while the technician explained the inspection findings and maintenance recommendations was incredibly helpful. That level of transparency built a great deal of confidence and trust. It's such an outstanding idea that I'll be recommending it to my home service center in Maryland. Thank you to Michael and the entire CDJR of Tampa Bay team for delivering a first-class experience. Even though I'm from Maryland, this visit left a lasting impression. 2021 Lincoln Navigator review
I have had 5 Navigators and Loved each and everyone , the Navigator fits my life style perfect , it is just me and my wife and we use it to move boats, trailers and our everyday needs. The gas mileage is great for the size and power is in matched !
