Morrie's West End Lincoln review
I was in from out of state for work. Car breaks down. (Battery just wore down after 4 - 5 years.) I was stuck. Technology these days limits the "just drop in a new battery" mindset of days past - or I would have. It seems "extra", but if I could give the service team at Morries 6 or 7 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Not only were they able to quickly get me on my way, but the "white glove" service that they provided throughout the process was unlike any that I have experienced from a service team at any dealership. From Eric, to Steve, to Zach - each one of the team members took time to listen to my questions, answer thoughtfully, and provide additional solutions and suggestions for down the road. Since I live a couple of states away, I did not buy my vehicle from Morries. But I can tell you this --- it I lived anywhere close to Minneapolis, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. She even came back into the dealership to close the deal later that same night. This dealership also was the only that I found that replaced items such as brakes, battery, wipers and tires knowing that these TDIs sat for several months in a lot during the manufacturer buyback. I highly recommend buying from them. It too no more than 15 mins when I returned to ink the deal. Fantastic!

2015 Lincoln Navigator review
I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

2019 Lincoln Navigator review
The car has plenty of cup holders for family. It is very comfortable for grown teens and parents. The back cargo area holds much more than my prior vehicle.

I wanted to take this opportunity to give a "WELL Done" to Westend Lincoln Mercury. I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and my old 2007 Jeep survived, but had 253000 miles on it. Made the decision to upgrade my vehicle, but still needed to stay within my budget. Started looking for another Jeep and visited many different Dealerships around the Twin Cities Metro and soon became very disappointed with salesman and the non-caring attitude that were portrayed by these dealers. I saw a nice 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Westend Lincoln-Mercury on the internet that seemed to fit my budget. I called and talked to a gentleman named Taylor Sparks and told him that I was interested in the Jeep. I made an appointment to come up and test drive the Jeep. When I got there, Taylor had the jeep out front and it was washed and immaculately cleaned. Now we'll cut to the chase! I let Taylor know that I wanted to take a little longer test drive to get the engine/trans hot. This is typically when hidden problems will present themselves on a vehicle. Taylor went out of his way to let me test drive it as long as I needed. He did not apply any pressure to me on the vehicle, which was beautiful coming from a sales person. When we got back, the only question Taylor asked me was if I had any questions or concerns. I replied,"The only question I have is when can we start the paperwork to buy the vehicle?" If you like a real casual sales experience, without high pressure and B.S, I strongly emphasize seeing Taylor. You won't be disappointed. I'd like to send out one more "Kudos" to Gary Poff. I had a minor issue with the Jeep and talked to Gary. They did not have to help me in anyway, because I bought the Jeep "As Is". Gary listened to my concern and help me out more than I could have hoped for! The "Best" car sales experiences that I have ever had. I've been in the automotive business for over 45 years and guarantee you will feel the same way about Westend Lincoln-Mercury. Keep up the "GREAT WORK" guys. Sincerely, Michael Settje
2021 Lincoln Navigator review
Being a grandmother, I want to be able to transport grandchildren with plenty of room and comfort for car seats. Style and comfort for me is priority. She turns on a dime and feels safe and sound. I can visit the mountains in the snow in four wheel drive with ease. Just love my new baby!

2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.
