Not sure on what to say i purchase the truck drove it 42 miles and it broke down it's at Fairway ford being looked at and I have to foot the bill as is no warranty hopefully Fairway will treat me right on the repairs I don't have a lot of money but overall I sure hope they make it right fingers crossed it's something simple to fix and cheap
2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

I was looking to purchase new vehicle after 24 years for myself since buying my F250 in 2001. I did my research, and visited a few dealerships. That led me to Haag Ford even though there are multiple closer Ford dealers to me. That is when I met Michael Butts in May of 2025, and the journey began to purchasing my 2025 Big Bend Bronco. Mike was courteous, friendly, and professional from the very beginning! I will also admit I not to easiest to deal with, if pushed or felt pressured in a sale, which usually happens when making a big purchase. Mike never did that! He always listened and found answers to my questions, even if didn't know it at that exact moment. This was a drawn out process by ordering as found it was better and more economical, even though I knew would take longer to get and receive my new Bronco. Even the when there was a hurdle with with the order process, Mike was there to make sure it was fixed right, and I as a customer was happy with the solution, so the process could continue to move forward. What else can I say, other than he was amazing! Thank you Mike! What an amazing group of people at Haag Ford! Also to all that I interacted with including Justin, Andrew, and Jessie, thank for an overall great experience at Haag Ford! Truly a professional crew! So for anyone out there looking to buy a new Ford, I would take a drive to Lawrenceburg no matter the distance, as well worth the drive. 2021 Lincoln Navigator review
Being a grandmother, I want to be able to transport grandchildren with plenty of room and comfort for car seats. Style and comfort for me is priority. She turns on a dime and feels safe and sound. I can visit the mountains in the snow in four wheel drive with ease. Just love my new baby!

However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

I have had 5 Navigators and Loved each and everyone , the Navigator fits my life style perfect , it is just me and my wife and we use it to move boats, trailers and our everyday needs. The gas mileage is great for the size and power is in matched !
