We had an idea of what we wanted, we did our research ahead of time and made sure we were prepared when we arrived at the dealership. It was very apparent that Tim respected our time and wanted to see us back on the road as quickly as possible. He was straightforward with us and was patient with my questions. We would 100% consider returning to Sunset Ford for our next vehicle purchase.
Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer this week and I am very satisfied with the purchase. I would like to thank Adam Stead, my salesman - Mike Lautner, the Finance Manager and Terry Overkamp, the General Manager for the OUTSTANDING SALES AND SERVICE they provided. The day after I picked up the car I had a problem with the air conditioner. Adam, Mike and Terry worked as a team to resolve the problem. Terry provided a loaner car and went the extra mile to complete the repair in 1 day.
I've purchased many new cars over my 65 years, with too many stories to tell here. I like all kinds of cars and trucks and this is my second time from this dealer. I was very pleased with the way I was treated by Vince, our salesman, and J.P., the finance manager.
Excellent service, I have been with Dave Sinclair since 2001. I have no complaints. They have been kind and very helpful in the service department. Always greeted with a friendly smile and concerned. They always do great repairs the first time. Never had to go back. I recommend them to everyone because of their great service.
The process was Quick and seemless..some negotiation discrepancies..ie one person said one thing( my sales lady)..then the head guy not wanting to sign off on what was discussed and agreed upon..but it was rectified. I think these same people are no longer there.

Dave Sinclair Lincoln has been an outstanding and happy buying experience. From the sales floor to service you will only pass by knowledgable and helpful associates. Though they treat their customers extremely well it still doesn't top their Concierge Service. With Dan setting up your appointments, driving to your home with a Lincoln loaner, taking your vehicle to have service completed, then returning your Lincoln repaired, vacuumed, and washed you can't help but feel a little special. Dan is a very knowledgable, punctual, helpful, caring associate and he does his Concierge job to near perfection. The service and sales team are both highly skilled and treat their customers very well. Great job!!

is the best I have seen, the service is next to none. My MKZ Hybrid 2017 is loaded with every thing, HWY 36 mps and city is 28 mpg. The ride is quite and fun to drive.. I have owned many top of the line cars but none of them can match my MKZ Hydrid......
I have bought many other cars from other dealership, just so you know I have always traded my car on and average of every 15 months. I won't same what my wife me. All my cars have been top of the line. Can not say I enjoyed most of the dealers in the past, but Dave Sinclair Dealership is out standing. My Lincoln 2017 MKZ (which loaded with every thing) is the best car I every owned. I average gas millage on the highway is 35 MPG city is 28 mpg. The service is out standing very professional and polite .
Chris Auffenberg Ford in Washington, MO gave me the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a used Acura from them in Dec 2013. They were much more willing to deal than the few St. Louis dealerships I shopped at. The money I saved was well worth the drive to Washington. The car I bought ended up having some problems and the dealership went above what could be expected to make it right. I highly recommend this dealership.
