Cheryl did an excellent job helping me with understanding repairs and controls on my vehicle. Had major electronic problem and repaired quickly. Loaner vehicle policy very good. Trouble only with towing service told 1 hour wait wa 3 hours

MY SALESMAN, DAVID KERN, WAS SO HELPFUL IN HELPING ME CHOOSE MY NEW 2019 LINCOLN MKC. HE SHOWED ME THE ADVANTAGE TO LEASING AS AN ALTERNATICE TO PURCHASING. HE EXPLAINED DEPRECIATION AND ANSWERED MY MANY QUESTIONS. I ALSO HAD LESLIE SASS HELP ME WITH MY SON’S QUESTIONS. THEY BOTH MADE THIS AN EXCITING VENTURE FOR ME.

Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather.
Ok Sam Vince! You are amazing, friendly, hard working, organized and a complete delight. My husband and I are past our middle 60's so we've bought quite a few cars on our journey. By far, Scanlon as a whole and Sam Vince specifically have been the greatest dealership ever. And I havent even mentioned Reilly Morris in finance that made signing papers fun!! Its not even the big things (great prices and quality cars) but the small things (kindness, compliments, concern and free espresso!). Just love Scanlon. We dont want to shop anywhere but Scanlon! Routine service on both my Lincoln vehicles went smoothly as expected. The Service department is friendly, competent and knowledgeable. They provided me with expectations of what was going to be done, kept me informed of any additional service needed at that time or in the future and completed the check out process with a thorough explanation. Randy, Sherry, and the whole service and technical crew do an excellent job of keeping my vehicles in great shape.
I am always treated so well when I bring my car in for service here. The service personnel are so very friendly and explain everything they are going to do on you vehicle and keep you posted as to when to expect it to be finished. They waiting area is very nice, with complimentary water and snacks.
I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.
