Ok wrote this once, cannot repeat it. Liking the 2007 Ranger. Pretty good deal. My only wish would be more honesty about the problems. I still would have bought it, but it would have been nice to be able to take it right into the shop and fix those issues. I don't like to learn while driving down the road. BUT again, I still would have bought the truck. Honesty IS the best policy. Ah well, Michael, next time,Be more frank, you will still seal the deal without any feelings of being mislead. Still hoping it isn't the "woman" factor. Thumbs are such
I was in search of a used truck and found a great deal listed on auto trader. I called right away and spoke with Larry to confirm the truck and the deal were still available. He did confirm the truck was available and the online price would be honored. I live about 6 hrs away so I wanted to be sure before driving all that way I would get it for the online reduced price.
The next day my husband and I drove to the dealership and the truck was as expected. There were no surprises and the pictures and description listed was what was purchased.
I am very pleased with the value of the vehicle and assistance from Larry with making the purchase process smooth.
And I am very much enjoying my "new" truck.
My F150 Platinum had a recall. It was easy to make an appointment for repair, easy to get a time & day, and truck was ready when they said it would be. I bought a 2016 F150 from Gary Yeomans Ford and love that truck. It had a few minor problems and made an appointment to return and get them fixed. Austin and Chris got together and got everything repaired to my satisfaction. I liked that my salesman Austin Warhurst was easy to get along with and he did everything he could to answer my questions and make sure we were satisfied. Chris, who assisted in getting everything repaired was a great guy too. I will buy another vehicle there because it was a positive dealership.
I’m very satisfied yet again with Troy Burns who put up with me for another great car buying experience. I went back to Greenway for the simple reason that Troy treated me so well the first time I went for my very first new car ever. This second time was just as much of an enjoyable experience. He knows the cars, knows the options, and knows what things are available to you as a customer. He makes sure you know your car inside and out before you leave. Met my sales rep Jason Bonilla at a set appointment time and drove 2 different vehicles I found online. He had them both ready to go we drove both and I picked out the one I liked best and it had a fair price from the research I had done and we did the paperwork and done. I was in and out in exactly 3 hours and hour of that was testing and looking over the vehicles. Smoothest auto purchase I've ever had and I'm 52 and have bought plenty of vehicles. Also the young lady I dealt with at the front desk was very friendly and professional.
This was the second time I have bought a truck from Greenway Ford. Both times I was aided by salesman Caleb Salguero. Caleb made the process extremely easy both times. In addition he made sure the truck was perfectly prepared for me with the additional dealer options installed. Afterwards he walked me through the truck showing me all aspects of it and answered all my questions. He has maintained contact to make sure I was satisfied after the purchase.
