I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

2017 MKC engine needs replacing only 44000 miles out of warranty. Why wasn’t there a recall? $10445 to replace motor. Can ford be held responsible help?

Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

Purchased a 2022 Grand touring (PHEV) Lincoln Corsair and so far it has been fantastic. Averaging 35 miles on battery (pure electric) and have recently acquired 40 miles on electric. Have most options and ride is outstanding for the smallest Lincoln. Another option is Heads Ups Display which keeps you focused on the road. Also have 24 way adjustable seats with massage and they are so comfortable.

I've owned this car since 2015, the first year it was on the market. I still enjoy driving it. There were a few minor problems while it was still under warranty. However, the dealer processed all.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.

Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase

Wonderful vehicle. Have had MKCs, MKXs, and MKZs in the past and the Corsair compares very favorably with these other vehicles. Have about a year and absolutely no problems at all. Very comfortable, great performance and certainly gorgeous styling inside and out. Love it.

A very comfortable car to drive. On long trips the added features allow you to drive and be more relaxed when you get to your destination. If you are looking at the Navigator and are debating on the L go for the extra length and get the L.

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

I came into the dealership to find a specific car. They had one, but it was located at another one of their locations. Our sales person, Ryan, told me he would have it sent over to the Exton location which they did. I came back the next day And it turned out to be exactly as described. I test drove it and bought it right away. The car was clean and ready to go. The process to trade in my car for this newer was very simple. I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. We have had many recalls, but no issues otherwise with our vehicle. I am proud to on this vehicle and I love driving it.
