I stopped in without an appointment to have my battery checked and maybe replaced. It was lunchtime but I was cued up and after about two and 1/2 hour I had a replacement battery. I was offered a loaner car but I waited for the job to be completed. GREAT JOB!!!!
I found what looked like a small oil leak from my 2017 MKZ. They brought the car in, did all the work (under the warrantee) and put me in a loaner while they did it. They were polite, considerate, explained everything, and were all around wonderful to deal with.
Reposting my remarks from another site to get the word out. Parks Lincoln gave top notch service!! Professional, knowledgeable, fair and fast! All attributes a female consumer is looking for dealing with automobile issues. Dennis Russ kept me in the loop via calls, emails - physically showed me the issues with my car so I could have a visual on the damage/wear and tear. Also brought out a mechanic to describe the details as well. He helped me budget by focusing on the urgent and mandatory then rescheduled the remainder of the work. All of the above was a smooth, complete package of excellence and quality workmanship to be expected but not often achieved in modern times; usually only obtained thru word of mouth hence the reason I chose to review on this site and others. Enterprise rental car onsite is a plus as well as a large and comfortable waiting area. Parks Lincoln has a new and true customer in me. I highly recommend if you want true quality service!
From my first phone call to the dealership days before buying the car, till now a week later, Sara Griffith has been nothing but helpful and proactive, focusing on what I wanted in a new car. She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!
I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
always treated like a VIP when I bring my car in for service. They always provide a loaner car when needed. Thank you to the service department!
