I got a Toyota Camry at a fair price and friendly service. They were easy to deal with. They have many used cars to look at and that is what I was looking for.

I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

I have been talking to multiple dealerships these past months and this one specifically stuck out the most to me. Even though I'm all the way down in Arkansas, Alberto was extremely kind and helpful during the entire buying process. He was never rude or pushy at any time and even made the time to message me during his day off. I cannot express enough how efficient and considerate he was and am saddened that I was unable to give him the sale due to being unable to get approved for the loan. Anyone would be lucky to deal with Alberto, and I'm sure any other of the salesmen found at Criswell Maserati. If you find a car you like from this dealership, understand that you are in the best hands! Cannot recommend enough

This weekend I visited the Lease Return Center to purchase a truck, and I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how busy the dealership was. Surprisingly, there were only two salespeople working at the time, and David was one of them. Even with that level of pressure, he remained calm, professional, and extremely attentive to every customer. What really stood out to me was how David handled the situation. Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Honestly I have no idea why people hate on this car, it is very reliable so far for our experience and Sounds amazing and is a pleasure for the ears. The car is comfortable and the screen has no glitches. If you want to keep up with reliability you will need to keep up with maintence, so its not that bad. Please give the car more love because when its gone, people will realize how good the car truly was.

I did some research before going to UAC and everyone lived up to the reviews that I read. It was great family atmosphere and I felt like I knew them for ages. When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. She treated me more like friend/family not just like a customer. Jessica was extremely accurate with numbers and we discussed the payment and interest rate that will suit me. On my way to buy a new Tesla S, when I noticed an exotic unique car, then heard the sound of an F1 race. Fell in love w my 2017 Grand Lusso w 22,000 miles for $52,000 3 years ago. Love it even more today! Yearly oil change only. Daily driver, the sound every morning starts my day right. Italian leather, wood, sexy curves,and exhaust makes jealous Tesla owners wimper about their gas savings.

It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

The sales process went smoothly and everything was handled as discussed in a timely manner.

I have owned reliable cars from Acura, and Lexus and wanted something different, more emotional and fun to drive. I can't really go wrong with the 3 German luxury brands, but was hesitant about their reliably. Plus they are boring and everyone got one. So Maserati came to mind. It is super unique and kick xxx fun to drive. On the reliability side I have owned it for 4 years now and have not had any major issues, to my pleasant surprise. It's not the fastest, it's not the most techy, or super luxurious, but it has that special uniqueness that you can feel whenever to drive it. That was worth the money all in itself.

Car commands supreme attention wherher Im driving or is parked as people stop and fawn over it…. On the interstate its a rocket second to none! Lol If you’re a single guy get a Maserati and the women young and old will forget they have boyfriends and husbands as they smile at you in this Italian masterpiece. I wont even go into the equally supreme melody of the literal Ferrari engine as it screams! Love my Masi
