This was the second Odyssey we purchased from Mount Kisco Honda. Our last was a 2013, this was a 2016. In between we purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester XT, as well as a 2015 Crosstrek. Not our usual, but we had the need for a few cars lately. Our dealing with Brian Durkan at Mount Kisco Honda back in 2013 was so awesome that we thought it was a fluke. Both of our next deals for the Subarus were awful by comparison. Brian at Mount Kisco was such a great experience that we just went back there and picked up the 2016. Our experience was even better than 2013. Here is what We found at other dealers, but NEVER at MK. Salesperson "what kind of work do you do?" Salesperson "what can I do to get you into that vehicle today?" Salesperson "that is way below our cost" high pressure from the finance manager after an agreed price. Both times, we drove the car, had a price in mind, negotiated a little (as expected), and signed a deal that day. After the agreement, we met with the finance manager. We made it clear to Brian we didn't want anything additional. Here is how it went. Finance manager holding paperwork "do you want any extras? Auto start, etching etc?" Us "no thank you" Finance manager "okay". He then spent 5 minutes running the numbers, explaining the doc to us, giving us a final number, and we left. That was it. Highest recommendation

A Rare, Respectful, and Seamless Car-Buying Experience! Walking into Mazda White Plains, my guard was up. After past dealership experiences—including having my keys held hostage for a review, and salesmen trying to sneak hidden fees into the total price—I expected the worst. Baris Genc (Customer Experience Specialist) and Andrew Tomassetti (Business Manager) completely flipped the script. They were professional, transparent, and above all, "human." I knew what I wanted regarding my APY, loan terms, and trade-in value for my old Cobalt. While I had to advocate for myself, there was absolutely zero pushback. They willingly handed over copies of the warranty and the CarFax, gave me a fair trade value, and completely respected my boundaries when I declined the "extras"—no high-pressure tactics or guilt trips. Buying a car in NY while living in CT can be a headache, but they handled all the paperwork and explained the process seamlessly. I was out the door in just three hours. They never made me feel stupid or less-than for buying a Mazda CX-30. I highly recommend Mazda White Plains if you want a fair deal and an honest, respectful car-buying experience. My wife and I decided I needed a used car December 12th 2019 Sands was the only place we were going but didn't want to share that information when we walked in I guess sometimes you need to keep people guessing. You know my wife and I have bought many new cars and it was the keep you here for 6 hours,disappear with registration,we can't give you numbers unless you commit to buy game. Well completely different was greeted by Greg a salesman ask what I was looking for we told he he graciously walked outside started the car came back in gathered so simple information at this point they had our business didn't show hand just yet Greg stated car was warm we would all take a ride. Closing the deal was actually pretty fast he presented Matt the sales manager paperwork Greg came back and said car is yours ,I mean it wasn't longer then 3-5 minutes from when Matt ran my wife's credit we had decision with amazing intrest rate. We were passed on to Rose a real sweetheart who had the wonderful job of taking care of all the paperwork God Bless Her, we chose to add gap insurance and I think with used cars an extended warranty doesn't hurt either take it from me I always get used the wife gets new lol.Rose spent maybe 30-45 minutes if that and I walked around thanked Matt,and Greg for making this the best experience ever. My only regret is I didn't realize they had 3 lots until the following day with so many used cars I may have bought something different and spent more but I'm happy. To all who helped us have a blessed holiday and my wife and I will be back to trade her car in on a new one.

They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV
