When we walked into the Mazda dealership we were immediately greeted by Matthew Radeff. He was very professional and friendly. He patiently listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we wanted. We did not do a lot of research prior to coming but Matt explained all the different models to us. He stayed almost 2 hours past closing to finalize our purchase. We are beyond satisfied with the experience.
Before we walked into Mazda we initially went to Volvo next door and were not even greeted by the sellers. One walked up to us without even saying a word. We had to greet him. After the seller made it clear he had no interest in spending even a minute with us we left and went to Montrose Mazda where we met Matt.
We started the day considering purchasing a Volvo and ended it with purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring with package. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way.

Service at North Olmsted Nissan is and has always been very positive. They don???t try to sell you unnecessary service. They are always very helpful to my whole family. They are trustworthy and professional. Appreciate all the members from sales to sevices and all the working parts in between. Thanks!
Everyone was pleasant, made the experience very easy. Jamie was super helpful, and very knowledgeable. She did what she could to make the car more affordable for me in my budget. I would definitely go back again for future cars!
Matt Miller, Scott Yee, and James Hull are great representatives of a great dealership. They always go out of their way to be helpful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that anyone looking for a new Hyundai to go to Classic Hyundai, and look up one of the people mentioned above. You won't be disappointed.

My salesman Vern Petrea Jr. went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the features on my new purchase. I showed up on a motorcycle and the weather was getting bad before I went to pick up my new car ,and Vern went out of his way to come to my house and pick me up , and bring me in to the dealership to pick my vehicle up. I wanted to say that I really appreciated the way he conducted himself. There was no hi pressure sales and I think I tested 7-8 used cars and he took the time to make sure that I knew about each vehicle..He was very professional and courteous in every way. My mother, who is 91, decided she wants one last car in her life and chose a Kia Soul. The sales agent - Brian Boswell - was a perfect fit for my mother, answered all of her questions, and alleviated all of her anxieties. She even leased the car which I never imagined she would want to do. Thanks Brian.
Always have a positive and pleasant experience. Getting my oil changed. The wait is almost always a bit long but, I attribute that to the service and quality.
