Miranda, my sales consultant, was absolutely phenomenal! She provided helpful information about finding the right car for me. She pointed me towards a CX-5 Turbo Premium Package. I’ve had the car for about a week, and I absolutely love it, and I love the payment as well. Thank you Miranda at Horne Mazda in Tempe, I really appreciate your work. Thank you again!

Excellent service. Wally greeted me and directed me to the waiting room. He had me watch a video of the servicing. When it was complete, he came to the waiting room and escorted me back to check in, and reviewed what had been done with my Mazda. Thanks for the special treatment.

Kendall Toyota of Bend review
Toyota replaced 2 wheel bearings on my vehicle recently, bringing my Lexus back to the silent, smooth-running car I remembered. I soon detected a light metal rattle occurring at turns & bumps, however, that started to increase in frequency. Thinking it might be related to the bearings work just completed, I returned to the shop. Chris, Toyota’s lead mechanic, took a quick drive, deciphered the problem, and in no time, the repair was made. Toyota didn’t charge me for the work, & my Lexus runs again like new! Thank you, Chris, for your expertise… and to all of you, for the great work you do!

We were just looking around not to buy but Misha was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the process very smooth for us that we ended up driving home in a new car.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Ben Alaalatoa is, in my opinion, the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is genuinely kind and courteous. He has the customer at heart. Isn’t happy unless you are happy. Goes the extra mile. My family has now purchased 3 Mazda’s from Ben. Cannot give high enough ranking, everyone I have talked with there are amazingly kind. Ben will always be the salesman I recommend anyone to. Thank you Ben for being such a wonderful person and salesman.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

I was able to work through all the details online with the sales associate and everything was smooth. When I arrived to complete the paperwork they had everything ready to go. What is normally an all-day experience was only a couple hours. They also reimbursed my travel cost to get to the dealer. Great team!! Special thanks to Lauren and Jacob!

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.

Galpin Mazda review
We were looking for a new car with affordable rate of payment. David Abdullaev was the right guy to approach, he explained all of the comforts of the new 2018 Mazda CX-5 and helped us to get this pretty car with the lowest rate of interest. Over all this was a great experience to see all of the dealership recommended cars

Wife is recovering from her wreck and finally able to get her into her new replacement car with my high school and college bud Miguel Lopez at @galpinmazda @galpinmotors @galpinautosports. This is my 3rd car lease or purchase through him as it’s always so smooth, easy and definitely will work to get the best deal in Southern California. He knew that we were in a time crunch to get back to my sons Sport Awards ceremony and made it all happen to get us there in time. Look for him or call me for his contact info. Be back in a few months to replace my other lease that’s coming to an end

Galpin Mazda review
This is not the first time I purchase or lease a car from Galpin. Our family always comes here and always request Miguel Lopez @galpinmotors @galpinmazda @galpinhonda as he makes our purchase so efficient by requesting all necessary info and docs ahead of our visit. In a matter of a couple of hours we are pretty much in and out compared to other car purchasing experiences. Ask for him; he will not disappoint :)

Pilar is awesome to work with. She is very responsive and makes the car buying process easy. This is my second time working with her at Galpin Mazda and I’ll be back again.
