Koch 33 MazdaReviews
Koch 33 Mazda review
Genuinely the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I wasn't planning to buy — a storm totaled my 2019 Mazda CX-5 and I suddenly needed a vehicle while working through an insurance settlement. Not the low-pressure situation you'd want to shop in. Koch 33 made it easy anyway. Jonathan Cofre (Product Specialist) was responsive, patient, and completely upfront about the car's actual specs, confirming the details in writing so I wasn't driving 45 minutes on a maybe. Everything he told me held true when I arrived. Bella Cuevas handled the business side and the 0% financing without a single hiccup or hidden add-on. What really set the tone, though, was hearing multiple employees speak highly of the owners — unprompted. That kind of thing tells you a business is well run and actually takes care of its people, and that carries straight through to how they treat you as a customer. If you're shopping Mazda (or VW) in the Lehigh Valley, start here.

Towne Hyundai review
I should have learned with my 1st experience with Towne Hyundai 2 years ago. I started looking for a car for my son and looked around my local area but never got a good feeling with what I saw or test drove. I decided to call Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai whom I leased a car from 2 years ago. With 1 short visit to Joe, we walked out with what I believe was a very good deal on a Pre owned Certified 2019 Tuscon. I wasted so much time and effort going everywhere else. Joe and Towne Hyundai should have been my 1st call. Thank you Joe

Bella and John Cascioli at Mazda were amazing! This is my first time purchasing a Mazda CX-5 and they made it quick and easy. Bella was an amazing salesperson. She made sure that I was satisfied with my vehicle and even showed me how to work the app so that I can use my remote start! John in finance was super nice and extremely helpful in explaining everything!!!

Northway Automotive of Lake Hopatcong 1 review
I initially went on cargarus to look for another used vehicle; Shane was the 1st person from many dealerships I was looking through from many different vehicles. The car I test drove was great though my credit wasn't that great nor did I have a co-signer. What he did though was contacted me immediately when he had a vehicle around price range, asked my thoughts & most importantly spoke to bank as my down payment was low and gave me a decent price for my trade-in amongst many more other benefits. I had never had anyone work with me rather against when it came to buying a car as much as he did and boss.. I will def keep going back in future, overall I am a happy customer & when it comes to service on vehicle you definitely don't feel like your being robbed. Customer service in all areas is way better than alot of places in this Era.. :)

Although the vehicle sold before I could get there (didn't put down a deposit), this dealership accommodated everything that I needed. Price that I wanted was agreed upon via email, which some dealers won't do. No complaints.

Ray Price Mazda review
I went to Ray Price Volvo a bit ago in need of a new car, and came out successful. Gary Cox met us out front and was extremely helpful. He was very patient and informative, and helped me through the whole purchase. Even though I was only interested in a fairly cheap, used car, Gary sill put full focus on my needs and was extremely patient and accommodating. He wasn't pushy about selling the car to me, and I didn't feel any pressure at all. Greg and Brittany were also very helpful with the process. I purchased my new car for an amazing price, and I am very grateful for it. I'd recommend Ray Price to any used car buyer. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Thank you Gary, Greg, and Brittany!!

I went to Ray Price Volvo a bit ago in need for a new car. Gary Cox met us at the front and was extremely helpful through the whole process of my purchase. He was very patient and informative, and was completely understanding that I was unsure about making a purchase on the spot. Brittany and Greg were also extremely helpful with the whole process. Everybody that helped us at Ray Price gave us great service. I loved that they weren't pushy at all about selling the car. They gave me a wonderful deal and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to used car buyers. My daughter made a purchase here last year and had a similarly great experience. The staff are extremely helpful and kind! Thank you again Gary, Brittany and Greg!
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

We visited Mazda Koch33 on September 3rd. And we received excellent service and great attitude. I would especially like to highlight Gabriel Santos. He provided a great explanation of the current market and the features of the car. In just 2 hours, we received full service and a new car to replace the old one. It’s very rare to find people like Gabriel Santos and the service we received at Mazda Koch33 of Easton, PA, at a dealership. Based on our personal experience, we highly recommend this dealership and personally Gabriel Santos. Thank you, guys.

My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I engaged with the folks at North Penn Mazda to purchase a vehicle online. Some life events unfolded which prohibited me purchasing my vehicle. The folks at North Penn, (Dan in sales in particular), were kind and understanding. The cancelled the sale and returned my deposit without question. They are honorable and reasonable folks to deal with. I would happily engage to purchase a vehicle from them again. FWIW the vehicle I was purchasing was attractively priced and optioned. Thanks North Penn Mazda

Purchased a 2019 Avalon from the dealership. Spoke with Jamie and Dan was the sales person I worked with. They offered me a great deal on the price upfront. Ended up with a beautiful car at a very fair price thanks to Dan and Jamie. Check this dealership out if you need a new or used car. They were awesome!

They’re very responsive and communicate well via email. I ended up not getting the car because it was purchased before I was able to go to the shop but they kept me updated and offered me alternatives.

Car2Sell review
Chris at Car2Sell went above and beyond. He found me a vehicle in excellent condition and secured a very low interest rate that kept my payments affordable. He was honest, easy to work with, and made the entire process simple. One of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had highly recommend Chris.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.
