Volvo Cars Fort MyersReviews
Volvo Cars Fort Myers review
On August 03, 2025 I submitted an email inquiry to Volvo Cars Fort Myers as to the availability of a 2025 XC40 with 5912 miles listed for sale. I received an immediately response via email by Sales Representative "Arley Ricardo" who was warm, engaging and displayed subject matter expertise relative to the vehicle in question and dealership. Arley was organized in his demeanor during our entire interaction and routinely conveyed transparency regarding pricing and financing options. After a few days of effective back and forth communication we reached a purchase agreement on August 06, 2025. During the entire process, Arley and the staff of "Volvo Cars Fort Myers" provided "Superior Customer Service," cemented with courtesy, professionalism and respect: An experience that certainly merits a, ******** 5 STAR RATING *********

Ralph was amazing from start to finish! He took great care of me and my wife as we wrapped up our lease with Mazda and helped us transition into a new lease with a car that fits our growing family. He was professional, friendly, and truly dedicated—staying with us through the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Ralph if you’re looking for someone you can trust!

Hi guys, my name is Edmund. A. I’ve been dealing with Sofia Jones from Fort Myers Mazda very early this morning and she’s been absolutely awesome. Besides being friendly, professional and knowledgeable, she was able to give me all the information I was searching on the Vehicle that I’m about to purchase. I have to tell you without Sofia being in there. I don’t think I would’ve made the purchase She’s a great asset to Fort Myers Mazda dealership. If I could I would take her to my company … Her personality is just perfect for this line of work thank you Sofia for all your help

Mazda of Port Charlotte review
We originally saw the auto online and talked about a trade in via phone. Richard Walsh made the transaction easy and pleasant. He knew we would be driving down from the Northeast and would be exhausted; papers were organized and ready, car was right up front when we pulled up. The dealership was clean; people very friendly, the car was clean, had mats and 2 keys. YAY! I would recommend Mazda of Port Charlotte and Rich Walsh. We will be back when shopping for a second car. Thank You

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. Honda of Sarasota review
I don’t normally write reviews but this is one time I feel it’s important. I met with Michael Malmsbury searching for a car for my daughter, and he immediately made me feel comfortable when he demonstrated his wealth of knowledge on the models I was interested in. Once we got down to the nitty gritty of putting the deal together he was on my side and worked tirelessly to help me!! I can’t thank him enough for his patience and personal support in making what is usually a difficult purchase a satisfying experience! If you like honesty, and quality customer care joined by a wealth of knowledge then when you are looking to purchase a Honda, ask for Michael, you won’t regret it!!

Always wonderful to deal with. My grandson needed a car on an emergency basis. The dealership stepped up to the plate and made it happen in less than 24 hours. His mother bought a car there too a couple of years ago and was given the same wonderful service. With Cox folks in your corner you can’t go wrong. They go above and beyond for their customers!!!

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Ferman Mazda Of Brandon review
I use to hate buying a car! The cheesy sales person that would tell me a price, then when we sat down the make the deal not only did it take 4 hours, but the price would end up higher than we had talked about....well that was until I met Katisha ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Katisha actually changed my whole view of buying a car. From the moment we connected she was so personable (texted me a picture of her and my new car), upfront, told me the price I would be paying and had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there. Thats it The MOST Pleasant experience I have EVER had I just loved her..... I wish everyone would be able to experience buying a car from her. TOP NOTCH
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

I sold my used car to Ferman after advertising it on FB Marketplace. Taylor contacted me and she made the selling process easy. She met me at my office with the paperwork all completed. She was professional and informative.

Ferman Mazda Of Brandon review
I recently had an outstanding experience at the Ferman Mazda dealership of Brandon and wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received. Katisha, my sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Kenneth L., the financial manager, was equally impressive. He made the financing process straightforward and transparent, ensuring I understood all my options. His professionalism and willingness to answer my questions made me feel confident in my choices. The overall management of the dealership was apparent, even though I didn’t catch the manager's name. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my car-buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this Ferman Mazda dealership of Brandon to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you, Katisha and Kenneth, for your exceptional service!

Cox MazdaReviews
Cox Mazda review
Very delighted with my experience purchasing a pre-owned CX-5 at Cox Mazda. Carolyn Watkins was my sales consultant and she was terrific. Carolyn is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. And Jason in finance was very helpful. I will definitely recommend Cox Mazda and Carolyn Watkins to family and friends.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.
