I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX-5 while actually shopping for a Nissan Rogue. I Purchased from a Nissan dealership which I'll never do again if I ever purchase another Mazda. The vehicle was listed for $23,899.00 with 23,633 miles. Love the power and over all handling of the vehicle. The Machine Gray Metallic color is awesome as well.. Read alot of good things about the CX-5 as well as some horror stories. To soon to tell with just owning it a little over a month but hoping for the best time will tell..

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

I utilized TrueCar website in search of vehicle I wanted and received an offer from Lute Riley Honda. I arrived at the dealership and was directed to Sales Consultant Javed Tarafder. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He explained vehicle options in great detail. They honored the TrueCar price which was below their sales tag price. Finance Manager Christina Bernd was very pleasant and made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. This dealership was no pressure, informative, transparent, and did not try to pull any deceptive practices. There was no typical back and forth haggling over sales price and bouncing from salesman to sales manager to store manager. This was my third Honda purchase and my best purchase experience thusfar. If you are interested in a Honda purchase in the Dallas, TX area, then you should run to this dealership and snag a year end deal for yourself. Javed and Christina are assets to this dealership and should be commended. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again and trust my future vehicle service in their hands.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

I found the personnel at international auto to be very friendly and helpful. We did have some issues with our salesperson being out of office and getting someone else to help us when we needed it. The actual car buying process, once we got to that point, was well handled and professional.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Fuel injector service made the car accelerate/ respond way better. 35,000 miles onward definitely felt a difference after the service. Feels like a brand new car again. Brakes could be better but overall great timeless vehicle.

My wife and I purchased a CX9 at Hiley Mazda of Hurst in December of 2021. It was a great experience. I took the vehicle in for a recall item today and had the best experience ever from a service department. The service advisor was Sixtos Rodriguez. He is amazing at customer service. I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.

We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

Cilo my salesman spent 3 hours with me to make sure the whole car buying process is understood. Car fax said a previous Dmg and he showed me the exact repairs they did. I am happy and they were very transparent on everything. I buy a car every 5or 6 years and I will be at central in the further

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

Test drove a used 2019 CX-5 two days ago and loved it. However, the exterior had a number of scratches and no sunroof, which is a must. Came home, looked online and found an immaculate 2018 CX-5 with only 31K miles at a Mazda dealer 70 miles away. Test drove it this morning and brought it home this afternoon. Smooth acceleration, quiet cabin, absorbs bumps nicely. Feels like driving a much more expensive care. Touring model gives you all the features you would expect in a much more expensive car. Looking forward to many years of driving comfort and enjoyment. PS Took a very critical friend with me to check out the car, and he had nothing but praise for it.

Great experience! Why waste your time with the big dealerships and sit around for hours! Manuel had me approved online in less then 30 minutes. Easy term financing with a bank, not to mention I didn’t have the best credit. Mike got me approved for the Passat I wanted and Kristi was great with insurance. I recently purchased a used 2017 CX-5 Mazda and I LOVE everything about it. I have always been a Honda fan but after this purchase, I just like everything about it. It opened up new possibilities for the Mazda line. It is great on gas, especially for commuting. It is comfortable and there is a considerable amount of trunk/cargo space in the back. That in itself is a plus! I feel safe in this car and it is dependable.
