We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Jeff and his team are the besr to work with! Always customer needs and lifestyle in the forefront. They always make sure the vehicle is Perfect. I wouldn???t even consider buying one of my most important and expensive possessions from anybody else. I trust him implicitly.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.

I visited McDonald Mazda West on Saturday, 2 February searching for a new 2018 Mazda 3 Touring for my son who is graduating from the US Air Force Academy in May 2018. It's his first new car and I wanted to ensure he had a positive experience during the buying process. First, I would like to recognize the professional, courteous reception we received from Mr. Robert Nichols when we arrived for our 1PM appointment. What soured our visit was the behavior of the Sales Manager, Tyler (I don't remember his last name). Tyler was vague about answering my questions regarding a new 2016 Mazda 3 Grand Touring vehicle on the showroom floor. He "shushed" Robert three times during our discussion of the vehicle...in front of my son. Finally, Tyler failed to give us written quotes on the 2016 Mazda Grand Touring vehicle and the 2017/2018 Mazda 3 Touring vehicles we are interested in...which was the purpose of our visit. We left McDonald Mazda West empty handed on Saturday. That evening, we decided to make an offer on the 2016 vehicle...which Tyler encouraged us to do after he wouldn't answer my questions. It was countered today but not at price that made sense given that we have an offer over $2,000 lower on a 2017 Mazda 3 Touring vehicle with essentially the same features...and none of the safety features in the 2018 Mazda 3 Touring vehicle. Again, I'd like to praise Mr. Robert Nichols for his service on Saturday and today. It's unfortunate that a person of Robert's caliber must work with a sales manager of Tyler's caliber. Tyler needs to appreciate the quality of his sales team. Tyler also needs to learn how to treat customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Finished processes to buy a 2018 CX9 at McDonald Mazda West. Mason provided excellent customer service and kept me informed of the process. Overall a pleasant car buying experience to get me into a car that can grow with us as our daughter has more activities and friends travel with us as well as carting around 2 year old Triplets!
I happen into this dealership nearly on a whim. I drove out about an hour later with my all time dream car! Ryan treated me very fairly, and provided a reasonable trade in value. I’ve bought and sold 63 cars now; this experience was as good as it gets! Also, the car was detailed to a very high degree. I had a 1000 trip home, and in checking it over before departing, all fluids were spot on, and air pressures on each tire were spot on to the pound! Good on you guys!
I always have excellent customer service, as well as maintenance of my car. All employees are helpful and professional. They even compensated me with a credit for waiting an unexpected amount of time. I didn’t even have to complain! All around I recommend this Honda service center for their excellent customer service and awesome work they do for maintenance.
Jamison was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the car very well. Did a great job demonstrating the features on a test drive. He was very helpful breaking down the financing and what was/wasn???t included.
I went to "just look" at some Minis and ended up so impressed with the vehicles and how I was treated that I ended up buying one.
