We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.
2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Great car love the sophisticated and upscale exterior and interior First time hybrid plug in purchase and seeing fuel savings, would like to see greater electric range. It would be nice to have more information on how to get the most out of the phev, from dealership, I know that this is a new model and there will be undoubtedly more information coming Our dealership was excellent in all phases of helping us procure our Mazda thankful for them Excited to drive this more!

Joe C. went above and beyond as a salesperson! We were there for quite some time because there were more Mazda CX-5s to choose from than we anticipated but eventually we got it narrowed down to one we loved. We had a few issues with payment (our fault, not the dealer's) and Joe and his manager (I think his name was Mustafa) were very accommodating and helped us work out a solution. Plus because of our indecisiveness we ended up being there over an hour after closing, they let us stay to finish up because we had traveled a few hours to get there, and again they were very accommodating and patient with us. I honestly don't think I could have had a better experience.

I walked in on a busy Saturday without an appointment and was greeted by Ross Haugen in sales. I could tell he was busy and yet he still took the time to look up the car I was interested in. He set me up to test drive it and when I asked if he would come along with me because I was unfamiliar with the area-he did not hesitate. Coming from other dealerships, this was a pleasant surprise as those other places would hover, smooze and manipulate the conversations in their favor. Not Ross. He was quiet and supportive, and only offered his opinion if I asked. He knew so much about the workings of a Mazda and took the time to show me all the intricacies of the CX-5. In the end, he did not push or ask leading questions or try to coerce me into anything. I felt in control, respected and listened too. I bought that car. He even delivered it to my place of employment and again, set me up for success going over more details of the car. This dealership went above and beyond to make the car buying experience easy and quick. I spotted a car online I liked and gave them a call to check if it's still available. We made it there in 20 mins. A sales person greeted us in the lobby all ready to go. We took the car for a drive and liked it so we were willing to move forward. The problem was that we didn't have time because had a babysitter at home with kids and had to go back. They quickly evaluated my trade-in and offered a fair deal. They took some information down and we were on our way home. They took care of running numbers for the loan and after 30 mins later I got a text with my options. Made a decision and in an hour, the sales person delivered my new car to my house and picked up my trade in. It was super quick and easy. Best car buying experience I've had. Thanks Walser Subaru!

Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought this at Modern Mazda in Watertown ct from Steve Duffy…car is great,better than expected. Glad I waited for the new model, the console and feel of the car is better than Cx-9. I dont regret , haven’t been disappointed with a thing. Captains chairs, ventilated seats, HUD and console are why I bought this, plus the extra mileage from phev. I’d recommend researching the install of charger at home before purchasing, charging is where you get the real bang for buck. This car is a tremendous value!

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.
