2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought this at Modern Mazda in Watertown ct from Steve Duffy…car is great, better than expected. Glad I waited for the new model, the console and feel of the car is better than Cx-9. I dont regret , haven’t been disappointed with a thing. Captains chairs, ventilated seats, HUD and console are why I bought this, plus the extra mileage from phev. I’d recommend researching the install of charger at home before purchasing, charging is where you get the real bang for buck. This car is a tremendous value!

Great car love the sophisticated and upscale exterior and interior First time hybrid plug in purchase and seeing fuel savings, would like to see greater electric range. It would be nice to have more information on how to get the most out of the phev, from dealership, I know that this is a new model and there will be undoubtedly more information coming Our dealership was excellent in all phases of helping us procure our Mazda thankful for them Excited to drive this more!

Okay so here's my whole saga. My Equinox got rear ended in July and totaled, and between the insurance company dragging their feet and me not having a rental past two weeks, I had about nine days to find something before I was catching rides to work from my sister. Nine days. That is not enough time to be picky. I hit four dealerships in one weekend and by Sunday night I was ready to just buy whatever and deal with the regret later. Monday I stopped at this place on my lunch break, mostly because it was on my way. Told the guy straight out what my situation was, what the insurance check was going to be, and that I couldn't put much down on top of it. He didn't try to sell me a new car. He walked me over to the used row and showed me three things in my range, and when I pointed at a Terrain he said honestly that the mileage was higher than he'd want for what they were asking and pointed me to a different one instead. That's not a move I expected. I drove it, liked it, and we did the whole thing Wednesday once the insurance money hit. Was the payment exactly where I wanted? Not quite, it's maybe twenty bucks over where I hoped. But I'm driving myself to work and I don't hate the car, and given where I was that Sunday night I'll take it.

Darwin Flores is the best salesperson to deal with at this dealership. This is the second time in two years he has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make my purchasing experience one of the best. I do have to say when it came to the finance part, Madi was good until I declined any extra maintenance he tried to sell me, he became very upset, and that was not a good experience! I would definitely recommend Darwin to anyone and Kenny the Mgr. was also very helpful.

Spent most of last winter looking for a used Yukon with the right mileage and no accident history, which turns out to be harder than I thought. I live up near Paterson and I must have looked at nine or ten vehicles across five dealerships between November and February. Two had accidents that the salesperson conveniently forgot to mention until I pulled the Carfax myself in the parking lot. One place kept "finding" fees at the desk that weren't in the quote. By January I was pretty cynical about the whole thing and told my wife I'd just keep driving my old truck until it died. Found the listing for this one in early February and drove down mostly out of habit. The difference was small but it was everything: the Carfax was already printed and sitting on the seat when I got there. Nobody made me ask. The guy walked me around the truck and pointed out the scuff on the rear bumper before I found it. We talked numbers for maybe fifteen minutes total and landed within a few hundred of where I wanted to be. I brought my own financing, they didn't fight me on it, and I was out the door in about two and a half hours including the drive. It's been seven months. Tows my boat fine, nothing has gone wrong, and I stopped thinking about it, which is the highest compliment I can give a used vehicle.

I love my Honda HR-V! Harvey as we affectionately call him has the advanced features one expects from a modern vehicle, many of which, one year later, I still do not know how to use ;) The dealer however has taken great care to ensure my service experiences were top notch. Technically, it was perfection. Customer experience-wise, exceptional. Both Catherine Espinoza-Corella and Jonathan Simeone were excellent representatives of Empire Mazda, making me feel special and rewarding my patience with exceptional service. I say "patience" due to the wait. But they fit me in at the last minute, so I really cannot complain!!!

Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. Chris and Mike and the entire staff at Sunrise Chevy made the trade and sale and finance real easy. They asked what vehicle I wanted, and they made it happen. Within hours I was driving the vehicle off the lot. I should have asked for the new Corvette!! (LOL)

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. In a couple of short hours they had me insured, new plates and driving home in a beautiful silver 2012 Chevy Malibu. Thank you Martin and the wonderful staff of Major World. Sincerely, Anthony Ferrara

Great experience, what a team. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. Love my new car. Thank you Wilson!
2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
I really do love my CX-90 PHEV but, as anyone will tell you as an early owner of a brand new model of anything, there are kinks to work out. I can get most of my driving done on battery without having to transition to the gas engine which is awesome. The amount of time it takes to charge is not awesome. I would schedule all of my charging to happen late at night when power is cheapest but the charger it comes with takes 11 hours to fully charge. I bought a level 2 charger which takes closer to 8 hours. An improvement but not what I was hoping for. The infotainment system randomly but consistently disconnects from my phone without explanation or warning. It reconnects quickly but it is very annoying. Finally, the engine will sometimes have hiccups when I'm driving on either engine. I will feel a weird surge of power which worries me a bit. Other than not being able to get the color I wanted (I was told "soul red" isn't popular on larger, "mom" cars) I am very happy with the car. It is stylish, fits my whole family very comfortably, and it was a wonderful upgrade from my 2020 CX-5 (which I also LOVED). I can't wait to see what the future holds with PHEV vehicles. What a wonderful bridge between gas and electric - makes it feel totally reliable!

Mazda of MilfordReviews
Mazda of Milford review
We recently purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda at Mazda of Milford (Milford, CT) and this was easily one of the best sales experiences we’ve ever had. We came in already knowing which car we wanted, but what stood out was Cordell Barboza’s commitment to transparency and safety. Cordell was straightforward from the start (personable and genuinely kind) and made it clear that making sure everything was exactly as it should be was his top priority. That level of care and accountability is not something you see every day. Julian Gangemi (General Sales Manager) was just as impressive, and together the two of them went above and beyond in a way that really made an impression on us. The entire team -- Marwan Ramadan (Sales Manager), Jesus Rivera (Business Manger), and Rich Jackson (General Manager) -- made the process smooth and handled everything thoughtfully from start to finish. It truly felt like a team effort. When timing got tricky, the entire team collaborated to find the best solution. What ended up happening is that Cordell personally drove the car to Virginia to deliver it to our son. That kind of follow-through says a lot and reflects the culture of the whole team. We’re very appreciative and would absolutely recommend working with this dealership. Seriously, Cordell and Team Mazda of Milford went above and beyond in every way.
