Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
The sales experience with Roberson, especially with Molly Wilkes, was a rare pleasant experience in the Auto Industry. They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in. I would recommened both the dealership as well as the sales representative.
Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!
I honestly was not even looking for a car but one kept catching my eye every time I drove by the dealership. We finally stopped just to look and encountered Brian. I was on the defense because we didn???t want to deal with a pushy car salesman while we were not even looking to buy. Well Brian was amazing and really managed to turn my thoughts around about looking for a car. He was extremely helpful, honest, and felt like he had our best intentions. Although financially we are quite ready-we will be back very soon to work with Brian on a deal. Thanks again for all your help!

I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
What an easy way to buy a car! I was shocked it was so quick and simple. Got a volvo we where looking at locally for about $28k, Brand new was about $36k... we did not want to pay that much... but found Hertz Car sales had one in beaverton? Went to check it at and how low miles, was basicly new and we only paid $22k out that door!!! More then that it was super straight forward and upfront about what to expect and was in and out in like 45 mins. We did set an apt, they have a small staff and from the looks of it they just move these cars along, there where maybe 6 or 7 other ppl also buying cars and looking, they had to send a few away even that did not have a apt. I was very impressed! Thank you for the Great deal on my BEAUTIFUL white Volvo Josh... oh and ask for Josh he was Great, funny dude!
