Went twice one for the test drive and the second to buy a CX -5. No pressure either time . The sales process was straightforward and easy.we negotiated my trade in and already had the price of the car from the internet department. In and out under 2 hours.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. From the moment I walked through the doorway, Wilkins was a dream come true. Ed Chwal got the pricing I wanted and the entire deal signed, sealed and delivered in a few short hours. Ed was nothing short of incredible. If I could give him alone five stars I would. He walked me through every step and made me feel extremely confident about my purchase. He not only showed me how to use each and every aspect of the interior, but also showed me how to maintain the exterior. Ed's knowledge of the vehicle and the process were astounding. I have never felt better about buying anything. He also went out of his way to secure an accessory that I really wanted. I was going to head to another dealership and go with another brand, but I chose Mazda because Ed showed me and convinced me that I was making the right decision with Mazda.
This is my second car from Wilkins Mazda and I???m very pleased. Never felt bullied or condescended to. Only issue was quite a long wait for the car to be cleaned after all the paperwork had been signed. However, I was given a snack and all the coffee and water I could possibly want. All in all, I???m sure I???ll be back!
I cannot recommend this dealer and Ken Kalan enough. I came in to have my car serviced and decided to browse since my lease would be up shortly. Ken came to check on me right away. We went on a test drive, where he explained everything and showed me some really cool new safety features my previous car didn???t have. I told him I wouldn???t be able to buy that day since I wanted my husband to see the car as well. He didn???t pressure me. He wasn???t rude. He was genuinely kind and said to just let him know when I wanted to come back. It was really refreshing actually. I returned a few days later and again Ken was right there and as helpful and kind as could be. The sales manager, also Ken, was equally helpful and just as kind and personable. It was late and they got us out as quickly as possible, definitely not rushing us we were the ones who were tired and hungry. I came back the following day to pick up my car and it was beautifully cleaned inside and out. Ken gave me a bumper to bumper tour and explained even more of the features. It was easily the best car buying experience I???ve had. I never felt pressured, they were straightforward and honest. I will definitely be going back to Wilkins Mazda and seeing Ken when this lease is up.
My sales consultant Tim Albertson was great to work with from start to finish. He helped me find a car I am extremely happy with. Most importantly I did not feel pressured into my car purchase which helped make the entire process less stressful and very enjoyable.
Overall my experience at Pugi Hyundai was excellent. I will be returning to buy a car for my fiancé as well. Everyone was really nice. They made the buying process easy and quick. Also the Starbucks machine in the waiting area gave me the energy I needed for my evening purchase.
I can't say enough about the process at Pugi - From the very start my salesman Quinton made me feel like he was looking out for me. Compared to past car buying experiences I never felt like I was being over sold or just another customer. I legitimately felt like a friend from everyone I worked for. Kate was great as well and always broke things down in simple numbers to make sure I knew I what I was getting and for how much, no tricks or typical cheap sales tactics. Great job all around.

This dealership was great overall! I worked with both Joe and Ryan and both were very professional with outstanding customer service. Joe helped me in picking the right car within my price range as well as the features I was looking for. I was VERY satisfied with my 2017 Chevy Cruze LT. Ryan in financing was great, he helped me get the best deal as well as give me financial advice that really helped close the deal for me. These two together gave me the confidence in buying from this dealership, it's no wonder they have a lot of repeated buyers, my family included.
