I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. I was happy with the service.
My 2013 Mazda 3 needed minor repair to the front bumper as well as maintenance work, and I was able to get an appointment right away online. I was met at the Service Entry with helpful support, and Don Smith, the service manager, diagnosed the problem and told me that my car would be ready in an hour and a half. I am very happy and satisfied with the excellent service at AutoNation Mazda Roseville and feel that the low price was a wonderful. I would recommend AutoNation Mazda Roseville to anyone.

At first I was taken aback at the small location. But as I looked around further, I was impressed with the quality and variety of their vehicles. Mo and Nick were approachable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I’d definitely put them on your A list when shopping for a high quality vehicle.
I was trying to decide which car I wanted. Greg and Anthony were more than accommodating. I drove a Stinger (what a wonderfully fun care to drive). Did I say Fun, I mean FUN FUN FUN! Then a Kia Sportage. The Sportage met all the needs of our family. I did not buy at that time. I live in Oregon so I came home and went to other dealers. I did go back to Greg and he ordered the car for me. He was wonderful. When the car (Lola) arrived, I met Rodney. He was great! He brought the car to me, and explained it to me. He also has answered several questions since. What a wonderful job every one there has done to help me with the car I need. "Lola" is a beauty, and a great car!
Our Salesman Mike McCann was AWESOME! He made sure our Truck buying experience was a good one. He knows what he is doing! We got the Ford F-150 XLT SUPERCREW CAB 4X4 and LOVE IT! Our drive from Stockton was well worth it! We will definitely be back when ready for another car!
I have been there twice, once as a walk in and once with an appointment. Both times the service was outstanding, service was completed within the times they quoted. Will return for all future service, and repairs if needed.
The staff was friendly. Sales rep I dealt with was upfront and I appreciate that. Many options werr provided, i had been pre-qualified online before hand so that helped the salesman. The buying process was quick.
Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and take care of even the little things that need being done. They give you a time frame for the work and meet it. If anything comes up they explain what was found and the options available to fix it.
Internet sales contacted me quickly and answered all my questions in a timely matter. They didn’t bombard me with emails and respected my decision to purchase elsewhere.
