Satisfying Experience I went to this dealership on a whim just to get familiar with the different types of cars they had. I knew I wanted my first Mercedes-Benz but I wasn’t sure which class I wanted. There was a lady salesperson I don’t recall her name whom I had a conversation with but she had to leave so she introduced me to Michael Nwachukwu. He was kind and very patient seeing that I had a thousand and one questions I’m sure he would agree. 😊 Michael took me on a test drive and I fell in love with the GLC 300 and that was all it took. The next day I was back wanting to put a deposit down on the car so they would hold it for me. I love how Michael always greeted me by my name when I walked into the dealership as if he had known me for years. Although he didn’t know it that is one of my biggest pet peeve’s for a person to not remember my name so he immediately got a 10 with me. I could go on and on but I’ll just end this with it was the most satisfying experience I had working with Michael and I wish him well and will refer him to any friend I know who wants to buy a car. Spacial thanks to Mr Brandon North for the great customer service one of my best experiences ever. I live in Woodbridge VA and I was shopping for a vehicle with many options *distronic* was my main option. I was very cautious from any dealership in New York or New Jersey As the have the Biggest scam *alots of hitting fees that it will only be revealed at the dealership* being coming from far away I was very cautious. At Mercedes Benz of Wappingers Falls They emailed me all the numbers just the cost of the vehicle tags, taxes 25$ gas fee and 620 dealership fee that was it. When I arrived everything was ready the vehicle was cleaned ** it took less than 20 minutes** to sign all the paperwork it was a record number. I still don't believe it till now. To bad that they are far away from my home, I would of referred all my friends and family. I was even giving a gift by the Store Manager. Very nice team I wish all my by experience will be the same as this one
