Ray Catena Mercedes Benz Freehold review
Extraordinary experience at Ray Catena of Freehold! Steve Chanis, Sales Manager, did everything he could to make me feel like a valued customer. Appreciate the sincerity and ability to trust him and Anthony Nadino. Dylan also did a very thorough job going over how to use all the features in the car. Overall, very positive experience and absolutely different than the several other Mercedes Benz dealerships I stopped in before making my purchase. Highly recommend this dealership and the team of professionals I had the pleasure of working with.

Motion Kia review
Cannot say enough about Howie and Motion Kia to buy a Telluride. Howie was patient, no pressure, and did not treat me like just another person. He took his time, made sure to get me the best deal and was a million times better than when I purchased a Telluride for my wife. Would recommend to all.

Lynnes NissanReviews
Lynnes Nissan review
Whether your Nissan car needs a periodic maintenance or an unexpected service, Lynnes Nissan is your best option if you are anywhere in the area. The waiting room is nice and clean, the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and you won't be surprised with what is going on with your car. Everytime I go to this service center, and my last was probably the fourteenth in the last ten years, the service has always been top-notch. Mike T, one of its excellent employees, has always been very helpful and woul really walk you through the work needed. I feel that with people like him, nothing can go wrong with your car and the care that it really needs. Thanks Mike and Lynnes, you did it again!

This dealership always exemplifies high quality and friendly service. I have experienced many dealerships in Bergen, Hudson and Essex counties and find Benzel Bush maintains integrity throughout the entire process, from the initial deal, servicing to the next purchase. I've done two car deals with them so far and will return for the next.

Mercedes-Benz of Union review
Searching for a convertible for a few months since the wife wanted white with red interior convertible. So, I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Ray Catena, and specifically, my interaction with Anthony Aiello. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Anthony greeted us with such warmth and made us feel like family. His polite and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease. We had the opportunity to test drive the car and Anthony patiently went over all the features, ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of everything. I must say, it was truly a no-brainer for us to seal the deal with Ray Catena, primarily because of the exceptional service Anthony provided. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the product were infectious, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about our satisfaction. I cannot recommend Anthony and Ray Catena highly enough. If you are in the market for a new car, I urge you to visit their dealership and ask for Anthony. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again for your time, and patience you showed us please. Not the first Mercedes and won't be our last. Thanks Again Ray & Anthony!!!!

I would like to take the time to thank Ms Patricia Medina Service Manager at Mercedes Benz in Union NJ. I brought my car in for service June 12, 2023 and a problem occurred. I went to Patricia office to explain my problem and right away she made me feel safe, and comfortable. Patricia was so professional, thoughtful, kind and understanding that after talking to Patricia I felt relieved from the stress that I was experiencing. Right away Patricia took care of the situation. It is a great feeling to know that there are people like Patricia Medina that takes there job serious and care about the people they work with. Thanks again Patricia for your professionalism. You are the best.

Jack Goldberg is the best and got me the best deal on my new Mercedes! I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I called Ray Catena and was able to find the best deal possible with the lowest monthly payment possible. Jack gave me additional 100 miles for free to make up for the travel time. I am so happy with his service and will definitely refer him to friends and colleagues! Also his associate Sean was fantastic as well Showing me all The cool features of the new car! Great job!!!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

CarMax Virginia Beach review
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
