Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

Ryan at Fuscillo Nissan provides fantastic customer service. I ended up not purchasing a vehicle through them but did sell my used car via KBB instant cash. Ryan made the whole process quick and easy and didn’t pressure me to buy. He came across as being very genuine and honest, not you’re typical car salesman. I continue to be amazed at the incredibly high level of service I always receive at Ed Morse Fiat. Lenny is always amazing in handling any issues I have on my 2016 Fiat 500X. Lenny got me scheduled for immediate service for a rear stop/turn signal light socket issue making it unsafe to drive my car. They immediately located and corrected the problem. This team is top notch!
