John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

From 2021, when my Q60 was first transported to Infiniti of South Bay for system calibration work, and to date, the quality of services I've received is always spot-on and without equal. Without exception, my interactions with the entire staff have been nothing short of excellent! Regiment comes to mind, as they operate sort of in lockstep, as a cohesive team of seasoned professionals. And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO. Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 5-Star Spa - For your vehicle! My online salesman Xavier was great! I live 2,000 miles away, and the whole transaction was done on my phone, and within 24 hours. Having to come up with a shipping company was the hardest part of the process.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

This car has been the best and most reliable car I have ever owned. My wife got a new car for her birthday or I would not be selling it now.

It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!
