Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm Beach review
TRUE STORY! As we all know, in today’s world you gotta keep up with the wild Wild West internet because nosey people like me look for salesman off of reviews. Then, of course, I checked out social media, finding we had some mutual friends on Facebook. I reached out directly to him bypassed the automated system, all the gatekeepers and he delivered the facts and solutions via a couple texts and just like that he hand picked the perfect car for my mom! But, hold on, now he had to meet my mom and show her how to use her new high tech car!!!!!! This is where I got nervous, but once again Kyle showed his versatility and slowed it down and stepped into the older generation of baby boomers to explain and teach my non tech mom how to use touchscreen and Siri right from her steering wheel. I’d recommend him to anyone, HANDS DOWN HE IS A GREAT SALESMAN!!!!!!!👍🏻🚗 Thank you Kyle!!!

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

The TXTCHARLIE team is the absolute best responds quickly always answers their phone deal with you professionally. My experience with them has been nothing but awesome. Prices are straight forward no hidden fees everything is told up front no guessing the amount of money you think you need. Vehicle price+dealer fee which at my time of purchase was $1399 that’s it and that’s all other than needing a tow to drop location. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great luxury to super car vehicle.

Mercedes-Benz of MiamiReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Miami review
The sales staff were absolutely excellent, the service department is also excellent, The only caveat I would have is I would not recommend purchasing the insurance packages they offer on a new car. because I had to return my new car pretty much immediately for service, and they wouldn?t let me cancel one of the two packages I bought. They told me there?s absolutely no refunds, and even if you sell the car there?s no prorated refund once purchased.

So... I did the entire deal over emails, messages and a couple phone calls...and I don't have the words to describe not just the awesome blue sl450... but the entire group of peeps that had a hand in making this deal happen. Brandon, nothing less than miracle worker, while 2 other dealership were dragging thier feet and not really into putting the entire deal together without a body in front of them. I live in ocala and so it's just over a 5 hr drive each way...and as promised Brandon had absolutely everything done before I got there... so I spent less than an hour at the dealership and then drove another 5 hrs home... and I can't thank everyone that had a hand in putting this deal together.

TJ was very honest and transparent and accommodating. As a result, I made my purchase and happy with the service.
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables review
As soon as I arrived at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, I received a true 5-star treatment from their sales associate, Shamir Ali. He is an amazing person very respectful, professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the car I was looking for (the G-Wagon). Shamir took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle in great detail and answered all my questions. I had a wonderful car-buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend them and especially Shamir to anyone looking for their next Mercedes!

Mercedes-Benz of North Palm Beach review
I have been impressed by everyone at the dealership in the six or so recent visits I've had. Robert Borden is the best service manager I have ever met. He and Ziggy the mechanic guided through and explained difficult problems and damage on my vehicle. Robert recently texted me after hours saving me $400 on the tire that was under warranty. All the service people, mechanics, concierges, salesman, cashiers are all always extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is spotless. Without even blinking two personnel signed my will which was left in the glove compartment of my SL 550 just before I left the country for two weeks. I would not have enjoyed my vacation if my will were unsigned.

Mercedes-Benz of North Palm Beach review
Exceptional Luxury Experience at its Finest! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. If you want to experience what true high-end customer service feels like, this is the place. There is a massive difference between an Auto nation dealership and a real Mercedes-Benz dealership, and this team proves it. Not only did they have the best prices we could find, but the level of care and professionalism was simply outstanding. The process was seamless thanks to three specific professionals: Danilo (Sales): Danilo is a class act. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure every detail of the car was perfect. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and never pressured the process. He took the time to ensure every question was answered and that we found the perfect vehicle. Rafael (Manager): his pricing was transparent, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the deal. His pricing outperformed every competitor we researched. Rosana (Finance): Roxanne made the "dreaded" finance office the easiest part of the day. She was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Mercedes of North Palm Beach showed they value every costumer time. No games, no hidden fees—just a smooth, high-end transaction from start to finish. This was our first time here and it would definitely not be the last at all. Highly recommended!
