Silver Star MotorsReviews
Silver Star Motors review
I’ve had several disappointing experiences with Silver Star Mercedes-Benz during my previous visits, so I truly appreciate receiving exceptional service this time. Beatriz handled my concerns with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude. Her excellent customer service made a significant difference in my overall experience. Beatriz is a great example of how customers should be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I sincerely hope Silver Star recognizes employees like her and continues to build a team with the same high standards. Unfortunately, poor attitudes from some staff members can negatively affect the dealership’s reputation. and i wish then to get fired immediately BR, Oliver

Mercedes-Benz of UnionReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Union review
Searching for a convertible for a few months since the wife wanted white with red interior convertible. So, I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Ray Catena, and specifically, my interaction with Anthony Aiello. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Anthony greeted us with such warmth and made us feel like family. His polite and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease. We had the opportunity to test drive the car and Anthony patiently went over all the features, ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of everything. I must say, it was truly a no-brainer for us to seal the deal with Ray Catena, primarily because of the exceptional service Anthony provided. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the product were infectious, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about our satisfaction. I cannot recommend Anthony and Ray Catena highly enough. If you are in the market for a new car, I urge you to visit their dealership and ask for Anthony. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again for your time, and patience you showed us please. Not the first Mercedes and won't be our last. Thanks Again Ray & Anthony!!!!

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Mercedes-Benz of WilmingtonReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington review
Karen & Geoff! They both went way beyond an average or even exceptional experience. Karen is always so helpful and even though she was off the clock and had a personal appointment she still walked me to my car to help me with an issue. She then got a team (literally) to help me with a tech issue and an issue with a part that needed to be attached after the airbag was replaced. Geoff would not give up helping me pair my phone and look for the audio aux input. He even continued researching the issue by looking online after I had to leave and called me with his research results. Great team of people at Wilmington!
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.
