I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

Jeffrey explained the inspection process and exactly what was covered in the inspection. At the completion of the process they sent multiple videos showing the condition of the car along with a detailed list of concerns and costs to repair. This level of detail in the inspection allowed me to approach the selling dealership and have them make the necessary repairs at their cost. The Mercedes dealership was extraordinarily patient in answering my many questions about the car. The quality and completeness of the allowed me to move forward with the purchase with confidence.
